Wes’ land was perfect for our 4th of July getaway! There are 360 views and it is a serene little spot nestled in the aspens. We loved having the picnic table and space for our hammocks and games. Plenty of space for our pup to run too!

An incredible spot to camp, Wes has a great set up with the fire pit and picnic table. Was able to book it last minute on Memorial Day weekend and couldn’t be more impressed. The sky daaaaanced for us - thunderstorms in the distance and at night, the stars! Wes directed us to the local fishing pond (5 minute drive) and then to another, better spot. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, but I have to say a neighbor was playing heavy bass music from 10 pm to literally 5 am the night we were there. It wasn’t loud enough to hear the songs, but we could feel the bass. We had to turn on white noise loudly on our phone to fall asleep, which is a bummer. But other than that, it was awesome! Thank you, Wes - we’ll be back!

Overall, we had a great experience. It felt nice and secluded having no other campers around. Wes responded quickly to any questions I had. Our dog was living his best life running around off leash. The only negative thing was the Aspens hadn’t bloomed yet so there wasn’t much shade and it just looked like a field of sticks we were camping in.

Great spot! Felt private without being too isolated. Use the bathroom before heading to this spot as you’ll be on a smooth but dirt road for a while!

This place was awesome! We loved seeing the changing colors without all the people and sleeping under the stars. The location was perfect. Beautiful drive. Beautiful sunrise! Our dog loved it. Was clean and well maintained. We will be back!

Beautiful camp site in the trees. We loved the shade and privacy. There are properties nearby but when we were there it didn't seem like anyone else was visiting at the same time. Easy to get to and great communication. Thanks!

Beautiful site full of aspens! We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend for people looking for a secluded spot without the hassle of searching for a dispersed site. There’s a tiny house close by but the site is secluded enough where it still feels very private. If you plan on leaving the site I would suggest downloading the site location offline since there’s no service around Jefferson. Makes it easy to find your way back to the site!

Awesome spot and great communication from host. We did not have a campfire because of Park County’s current ban, but the ring is clearly well-constructed and has a grate for cooking if you’re into that kind of thing. Felt secluded, even though neighbors are nearby. The only bummers (and they’re small!) were some nearby folks partying way past 3 am and some dogs barking down valley that wouldn’t stop, but those aren’t things the hip camp host or we could really control, so I think we just got unlucky.

We loved our little getaway among the aspen trees! There are a couple of cabins close by but it still felt private; the picnic table and fire pit were very nice to have and the address takes you straight to the site. As mentioned in another review, there is a dip in the road as you leave the cul-de-sac but my RAV4 didn’t have a problem with it; would be cautious if you have a fairly low clearance vehicle! A great stay and would definitely book again :)

Absolutely beautiful spot! Several places to set up a tent and the picnic table and fire pit were a nice bonus. It was very quiet while we were there in spite of several properties nearby. I would definitely go back!

Struck out with our dispersed sites and found this last minute. Even though there are houses not to far, felt secluded and the aspens are great! No noise, just us and nature like we like it!

Beautiful property with amazing views! I tried to set up down near the fire pit, but have an awning attached to my Jeep and couldn’t find a level spot so I set up in the cul-de-sac. The ground was level and I was able to stake down my gear, which is rare in Colorado rock. This would have been the place to see the Aurora borealis because there are so many stars outside of the city lights. It was quiet and I was mostly undisturbed except for a man on a lawnmower who warned me about the wind being a problem in the area. There were some small houses close by, but they seemed to be unoccupied. The aspens are just starting to bud and the air smells of dandelions. Very accessible location using well-maintained gravel roads. GPS took me right to it.

Beautiful spot that is a close drive from Denver. The host provided a nice picnic table and fire pit. The spot is set in Aspen trees and feels secluded and private. Nice access to the private stock pond included. Great for a quick getaway!

Loved this place! Great secluded spot in the woods for a campfire! There was a picnic table as well, which was nice! The moon was so bright and beautiful shining through the trees toward the fire 🔥 We would definitely come here again!

This place was perfect! There's a campfire ring, picnic table, and a spot for a tent, all nested within some beautiful trees. It's not entirely private, but distanced enough from the other sites (small cabins) to feel private. There's enough kindling and firewood to gather, and the area is quiet and peaceful. We booked last minute for a camping trip and would definitely do so again!

After we cleaned and left the spot, I get a text saying we trashed the place, which was false. We made sure the spot looked the same as when we got there. Nosy people around the area that looks like they are spying on us. And got a flat tire by the site. Someone might of done that during the night cause it was a brand new tire.
