Raw land with a sense of serenity in the hills with views of the mountainous as a backdrop. 85.5 shapparelle covered natural acers. A nice flat spot to turn around. Relax and enjoy the sunsets and feel miles away from the city but yet still be in San Diego county. Only a 30 min drive to Rancho San Diego, Tecate, Chula Vista, and less than an hour from the Beaches. Fair climate year round. Wildlife includes Quail, coyote, bobcats, hawks. No bathroom ammetities at this time but there is an out door non private shower. There is a firepit and some chairs to relax in. Private brushed walking hiking trails. Gated access for a sense of security. Across the street there is a popular Winery open on the Weekends and a Taco stand with tacos cooked over an Oak fire open, Friday Saturday and Sundays. An open range shooting range is just up the road. The road getting to the property is paved but the land is not paved so if you are a pavemnt princess this is not the spot for you. If your up for a better view and have a 4x4 the top of the mountian has a supreme location with a great view. Great location for star gazing.Vast rural mountains with emense natural chapparelle. Come explore where you can get away from city sirens and see the radiant night celestial stars how they should be viewed without the light pollution. Get back to your roots and shower in a open air cold plunge shower. Enjoy your down time away from the hustle and bustle while still being connected to cell service. Lovestalk guard dogs are on the property to protect the small herd of sheep. Bring your fur family, and let them enjoy camping in peace and seclusion. Short hiking trails are located on the property. Go wine tasting in the surrounding neighbors' vienyard. Shooting-range is in close proximity. The Jamul casino is within a 15-minute drive. We are family owned hobby farm, running on hopes and dreams and big ambitions. Currently building and our dreams. The lower half of the property has some construction dust while the building is happening, so we hope you dont mind a little dust. We have livestalk guard dogs for our small herd of sheep on the property to keep the predators away. You can often hear them baking at the abondant night wildlife. Their are coyotes, rattle snakes, and the occasional bobcat. Lots of hawks, quail road runners, and owls. We keep the road maintained, so 2-wheel drive will be fine. Lots of brushed mountain trails if you're in a more equipped vehicle mountain peak camping. My family and I just want people to enjoy life a little more on the wildside, more rural, more rustic, more real. Let you enjoy the basics, a little down to earth grounding, and get away from the clockwork of societal stresses. Even if it's just a moment of aww, while embracing the value of a beautiful sunset or being emerged in the foggy clouds rolling out in the morning. The Wild Wind Howling threw the canyon on a hot day. At the end of the day, we just want to help facilitate a piece of land where you can be present and enjoy a moment.

Right off the road but also somehow feels secluded and quiet! Easy and safe to access and a beautiful view!

Wonderfully secluded yet close to San Diego. I was able to get to the upper spot and turn around with an SUV pulling an 8 foot trailer. I wouldn't recommend letting dogs run loose since there are snakes in the area. A propane fire pit is the way to go instead of wood due to dry brush. Thanks to Shasta and Robert for a relaxing visit!
