Welcome to the Erwin Estate! We've been located here in the foothills of the Ouachita Mountains of Arkansas for almost 40 years. Located on our 250 acres is a very unique spot in Arkansas. We call it "High Point" and it is the southernmost highest altitude point in the state. We have a 180+ degree view overlooking Benton to Malvern to Greater Hot Springs. Located at High Point is a lookout tower.

Wow - what a view!
This was a lovely way to spend our last night after 4 weeks on the road. Chatting with Mr. Erwin was cherry on top! We will definitely come back to spend a few days.

We were chased out by rain and lightning on our first night, but we really loved the site! Would absolutely recommend Erwin Estate! It was remote and secluded - exactly what we were looking for. Definitely need a vehicle that can handle a rough rode.

If you’re reading this review, book this camping spot! Mr. Erwin’s land and view are breathtakingly beautiful. The elevated campsite, swing, and fire pit are an awesome bonus, as is the fishing pond and hiking trails on this property. Would highly recommend!!
