This property was as expected. It's simply a place to camp for a night or two when you're needing a place to park and you're not planning to stay at your trailer much. It was easy to find and the hookups worked well with lots of room to move your trailer around as you'd like. For us personally, it turned out to be not such a great location in that were just passing through Havasu off the 40; it was quite out of our way. We made a night out of it though by going to hang by the lake and eating dinner in town. Our fault for not looking to see where this camp site was specifically before booking. Overall no complaints and we would recommend it to another.

It was such a nice quiet place. Miguel was so nice and friendly. I would highly recommend staying here.

Very private and quiet. Level site once you are backed in. We camped in a 43 foot 5th wheel. Full hook ups were great!

Awesome area, horse properties, chickens, amongst the hills of Havasu. Miguel and his lovely family home and property was less than a mile from our daughters home. Ultra convenient to Havasu and it's plethora of Amenities and outdoor activities. Miguel and his family were super accommodating and generous, and gave us choices of multiple spots to put the RV. We chose his lower property for convenience, and it was easy to pull in and out of. Highly recommend. Outstanding host.

Lake Havasu-Donkey Acres Hipcamp
It was cool to be the first camper at Miguel’s. I appreciated the hospitality and good communication by the host and the convenient location to Lake Havasu (about 13 min drive to London Bridge)
*the site was easy to find despite arriving in the dark. The roads to get there from Lake Havasu downtown were all paved
*it’s a large plot of land in a residential neighborhood and there’s lots of chickens and horses nearby. It’s like an desert farm vibe.
*Currently, there are no bathrooms on this site and it’s a residential area. This site works well if you
have an RV or Trailer with its own bathroom.
Thank you Miguel for a great stay and accommodating us last minute!
