We are near the Willow airport and the tracks for the Alaska scenic train, we do experience 2-3 short bursts of train noise (30 seconds- 3 minutes) a couple times a day. Overall, it's a very relaxing spot to enjoy nature My wife Kacie and I purchased this land in 2021 with the goal of creating a place where our family and others could enjoy nature while traveling through Alaska.

This newly renovated cozy cabin is semi dry with plenty of space for RVs and campers. It sits on just under an acre and right across from Prator Lake. The cabin is 12' x 20' with a full kitchen, bathroom and loft sleeping with a queen bed and two-fold out sleeping chairs downstairs. Water is limited to a 200-gallon holding tank. Cabin includes Wi-Fi and Roku TV and heat. Winter months offer ice fishing and snowmobiling, and summer months offer boating, fishing and swimming. Hiking trails and more lakes nearby. Plenty of wildlife watching too! There is plenty of room for RV parking and/or camping and room for a campfire - invite your friends to camp! You can run a 120 extension cord from your RV to the cabin for electricity.
