There is public access to the Big Laramie River across the highway where you can fish or walk the public access path that runs next to it. Saratoga, WY Hot Springs are about 90 miles west and makes for a beautiful drive. Snowy Range Mountain offers trails for hiking, cross country skiing and snow shoeing, Star gazing from the Little Cabin, Gazebo or hot tub is amazing. There is no light pollution which allows a view of the stars some have never seen.

My homestead is located on 4 1/2 acres of pastureland that currently have no animals. The camping spots are located on the back part of the property and along a refurbished shed that includes a 20amp plug, interior electric, clean well water delivery or hose filling in warmer months as well as a separately fenced area for visiting canines (Please only non-aggressive breeds unless leashed at your camp). My Golden has an invisible fence and is not allowed to visit campers unless permitted. Fires are only permitted and shared on the back patio of my home. Activities for fun on site include corn hole, firepit on upper patio along with a propane weber grill. Only 1 mile from Frontier Park and an electric bike ride to downtown to tour the museums, restaurants & shops. Currently, new to hip camp and refurbishing the house and exterior so The Shed will be a working/congregating space with refrigerator/freezer, electric cooktop and indoor space with electric heater so folks can escape their cars/vans. Wi-Fi will eventually be in The Shed but is currently available on my back patio. This was my dream come true property and I'm looking forward to sharing it with road warriors like me. Weather is forever changing here and clouds roll by fast leaving the most fabulous rainbows. I just ask that no fires of any kind be set at your site because the field is a fire hazard in the dry plains.
