We have a mountain climate; the peak temperature most days in the summer is in the high 70's or very low 80's, and at night, temperatures go down to about 60.  You'll be breathing cool, clean, fresh mountain air all day long! Truly a magical place for exploration and relaxation. we stayed in CB1- it has 4 beds. No light or electricity but you know that beforehand. LOTS to do and quite a bit of amenities- a coffee pavilion that has outlets for charging, an abundance of firewood ($12.50 for an entire wheelbarrow full of wood), port-a-potties with toilet paper, air fresheners, sanitation wipes, and hand sanitizer. Friendly management. Breathtaking views.

I drove 3 hours to camp here with some friends. We had 6 adults and a handful of kids. This place ROCKS! The campground was awesome, the river/beach was very fun and extremely beautiful, and the host(s) were impressively friendly. Jim and Vincent were unbelievable nice and did everything possible to make sure we had a great time. The firewood was also extremely cheap and it made for a good time. I HIGHLY recommend stay at this campground. I’m positive we’ll be back.

Absolutely stunning location! Not just beautiful, but so quiet and serene. The cabin was fantastic!! Perfect for getting away from everything without having to set up a tent. Having cows randomly walk into the camp area was an unexpected treat that won’t soon be forgotten 😍

This is such a beautiful gem of a spot. Secluded but for the cows. Watching the mist above the water at sunrise is really beautiful. The fall leaves are just starting to change too. The cabin is a perfect size and so cozy. Stocked with plenty of essentials and the bed was super comfy. Thank you warmly 😊🍁🐄

The lake feed by an underground spring is just amazing. Clear beautiful water. The cows on this farm have freedom to roam and are friendly. The cabin was clean and well maintained.

We decided last minute to go to West Virginia for the weekend and booked a cottage on Michael’s land. The area was lovely with a stream and big boulders right next to our cottage and the kids LOVED it. They also provided a sheet with suggested activities in the area that we appreciated and used. We will definitely come back.

We loved camping on Ambers land. It is a beautiful piece of property, with opportunities to camp in the woods or open land. We stayed in the well built cabin 1. It was very comfortable and perfect size for 2 and dog. There was plenty of privacy and lots of opportunities to explore. We loved seeing the cows!
