Weekend Trip to 1895 Farmhouse Charm

I really enjoyed my stay here. The property is beautiful and waking up to the sunrise over the hills was such a treat. The site looks out over a field, and mine had some shade plus a little pond nearby that made it feel extra peaceful. There was plenty of parking, which made things super easy. The property also had cornhole set up and a huge open yard that was perfect for tossing a frisbee or just hanging out. There’s an RV on the property for anyone who doesn’t want to tent camp, which is a nice option. My host, Hope, was wonderful, she even took the time to walk me around and show me the different sites. The location is quiet, not on a busy road, so it’s easy to relax and just enjoy the surroundings. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely go back.

Weekend Trip to Trinity Gardens Lavender Farm

After a long day of driving it was nice to spend the evening with the soft scent of lavender and the subtle hum of the bees nestled in the lavender. The little seating area in the shade under the trees and by the creek/culvert between orchards was a good escape from the heat. On the night we stayed, we had the place to ourselves. The bathroom was clean and private. I wish we had arrived before the store had closed but we had a wonderful time anyways. Easy and peaceful stop on the way to the coast.
