This small 25-acre ranch is just in the early stages of development. We are repairing fences and watering. I just added solar power and several electrical upgrades for RV's. The property has a 2000 feet of grass runway with an airplane hangar, so you could fly it if you have a STOHL airplane. The irrigation pond/pond yard area is currently available for camping. Many wineries, brewies and outdoor activities available in the area. Children can help feed or water the pigs and perhaps the chickens. Be aware though when piglets are around at times they are very small and are amazing escaped artists so do not keep food out unless you want to try and pet one they are friendly. We are more than happy to help suggest wineries and brewies in the area or enjoy the bar area we have! We offer several campsites as well as an in-ground greenhouse as listings. Guests love staying with us: "The pond at Willow Barn Ranch was picturesque. Show us around the property. It's very quiet and peaceful, and you can tell you take good care of your land. Wide open spaces." Please be aware that we do not allow parking on grass without explicit permission which is always handled on site. Vehicles will most likely not be permitted on the grass itself with rare exceptions.

3 nights at Buck Meadows

We loved camping in Boxcar Annie! It had all the modern conveniences and was sparkling clean. The land was well maintained, quiet, and a short walk from the river. The outdoor patio and propane fire pit was a wonderful surprise and put to use nightly. The host was very responsive and so nice. Would definitely come here again!

They have a beautiful property and the pond with a large willow tree's branches cascading into the water was incredibly picturesque! Our in the ground greenhouse was very cool and unique. The fact that it has no power is an added bonus of camping feelings. But would love to see some updated/new working solar lights inside and out. Once dark, the stairs can be a little worrisome heading down into the unit. Could have been incredibly romantic for us had our 6 yr old not been with or at least gone to bed before 2am cuz she was so jazzed about the place, lol. But that's on us of course, not the owners, lol. Also, for me personally (with a heavy housekeeping background) I would have preferred to see a good bit less dirt/debris (on the concrete floor/rugs) and active spiderwebs (as in, spiders in them near sides of bed and headboard)...as this simply would require a broom for both tasks to be done fairly quickly & easily. And I would have felt a little more relaxed. But overall, would definitely recommend and me and my 6 yr old made an agreement for us to come back yearly together to celebrate my birthday every year if possible.

I loved staying in the tiny house! The Atmosphere was amazing. Woke up to deer standing outside the tiny home. The space was clean and comfy. It was my first experience using the app. The host were very accommodating and I really enjoyed my time there. Wish I could have stayed longer! I definitely will book this stay again in the future

Loved camping at site 8! What a clean and well maintained area. The Greenhouse was such a cute structure. Host was also very responsive whenever we had a query. Our site was far from the pig sty so it smelt fresh and we were content. Would love to come again.
