Great place with a beautiful view of the Valley, highly recommend staying at this location, I will be returning. The gift bag upon arrival was a real treat. Has lots of cool and interesting things to do while visiting including some treats. The fresh fruit right beside the camp spot was another great treat and nice to have. This is an active farm so take that into consideration when booking. Extremely respectful people that work on the farm that respect peoples privacy, very friendly work force. Would highly recommend this location, only 7 minute drive to amenities and beach areas.

Absolutely amazing spot! We're traveling across the country this summer and this was by far one of the best. We work from the road and Starlink worked great here. We have a 26' travel trailer and it fit perfectly. I can't imagine anything much bigger driving down the narrow dirt roads and getting up the little hill to the spot, but if you can get there, you definitely should. We can't wait to come back!

Spend 4 days and 3 nights at Swiftwater. Tracy is an amazing host. She is very friendly and at the same time not intrusive at all. The Riverside beach is great and provided plenty of shade and sand for the kids to have a great time. The camp is conveniently located near Lake Entiat, Leavenworth, Wenatchee, and Chelan. I cannot recommend this site enough.

Beautiful and private, we had an incredible time at site #1. We will definitely be back. Note for those towing a trailer there is a turn up a gravel hill that could be a problem for larger rigs. But I had it with a 20 ft trailer no problem and I am brand new to towing.

Amazing tiny home / RV spot 6 miles outside of Cashmere, Wa near Leavenworth. Minimum 1 month stay. We are 1/4 mile up a dirt road from the paved road. We have had a 40' motorhome and a 30' camp trailer able to maneuver in the space. Road is usually good May-Oct. Nov-March would need to stay put until melt and AWD and snow tires are mandatory. The owners live onsite and handle all snow maintenance and keep the road accessible for a normal work schedule. Our home is visible from the space about 50' away. Included water, internet, septic and power. Incredible views. ►We are looking for a quiet low impact tenant, that wants to be off the beaten path ►10-15 minutes from town at 2600 ft elevation, up a steep 1/2 mile gravel road. ►Max 2 people ►Max 2 operable vehicles ►AWD vehicle REQUIRED. It's currently identified as a USDA type silvopasture farm. The priority crop is growing native fir trees that will be harvested in 60+ years as telephone poles. During this time, the land will be grazed by a variety of livestock balanced to keep fields and animals healthy and productive. The current owners purchased the farm fall of 2023 from a family estate that owned it since the 1970s. It is considered a legacy project as work progresses to Firewise the land in support of old growth native trees and maximum summer shade for salmon. During the 2025 grazing season, the NE pasture of 5 acres along the river fed 8 Katahdin Sheep. In Spring 2026, bison, cattle, and goats will be moving into the SE pasture of 7 acres that climbs the mountain along the west border.
