One acre wooded lot a quarter mile from the Willapa bay and 1.25 miles to drive on beach access. “Bleat Retreat”- (Site 1) has full hook ups and a hammock stand. “Goachella”- (Site 2) is a back down area with a woody view. There is a communal firepit as well as a solo stove for use by either site. There is a flat grassy space for outdoor games and near all the major attractions without being in a busy area. The property also has WiFi mesh with fiber speeds. Come stay with the family! These sites are for fully contained units and do not have access to a shower or toilet. Owners may be onsite at times, and keep a camper at site of their own. Site #1 “The Bleat Retreat” will accommodate a large trailer up to 40’ and 50amps. Site #2 “Goachella” has a sloped back down and will accommodate a trailer up to 25’, a camper van, or a roof top tent set up. I travel for a living and this has to be my number one spot. It’s a safe location and the views are breathtaking. Nelda is absolutely amazing host and I would recommend this to anyone. I had a grill to cook on, power for the cold nights and plenty of room to roam and hike. 10/10!!

Absolutely loved our stay on Nelda’s land. It was perfect for what we needed, we needed a place to park our van for a few days with a power hookup. Nelda’s property has beautiful trails in the back that we enjoyed walking our dog on. Definitely recommend!

We truly enjoyed staying at The Sand G.O.A.T. It was exactly as described, and as the picture showed. Located on a quiet road. Nestled in a lovely wooded lot. At the north end of Longbeach in the historic district of Oysterville. Minutes from the Bay and Beaches, Parks, Restaurant's. Our hosts were wonderful. Looking forward to our next visit.

We had a wonderful stay at this campsite! The host was incredibly kind and flexible, which made our experience even better. The property is absolutely beautiful, nestled right by a peaceful river. Our kids had a blast playing in the water while we relaxed nearby. it was the perfect mix of fun and relaxation. The river is cool, refreshing, and a great way to beat the heat. We also appreciated the available tables and chairs, which made everything so convenient. Overall, a fantastic spot for families. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a fabulous family camp out at the event space. There was plenty of room for all of us some of us in RVs one in a camper and a few tents. The river was calm and the kids loved playing in it.. We will absolutely stay here again!

This was a GREAT site. The site was level, easy to maneuver, and zero road noise. There is a little trail to walk on, and plenty of space to just relax and take it easy. There was also a gazebo with chairs and a table to enjoy. There was a tent camper there , but you are so separated that we honestly forgot they were even there. I would love to gatekeep this location, but it really is a wonderful site to take your camper or tent. We will for sure book again. :)

Nice spot, quiet and private, nice clean out house. Beautiful area. There are a few things laying around the property that could be concerning for children, some boards with nails, a brush pile and some metal sheeting to a canopy but that is at the area closest to the river.
