Quiet time 10 pm. 7 minutes into downtown CDA, resort, many shops and restaurants. 7 minutes to boat launches, rentals, kayaks and the Spokane River. 1 hour to Sandpoint Idaho and Schweitzer Ski Resort. 40 minutes to Washington State. Lots of hiking, exploring and water fun in the PNW.
Our property has an address sign and B&B Farms sign on the telephone pole with mirror at the driveway. Please turn right and head straight up to the split and continue straight. This is a shared driveway, please don’t disturb the neighbors.

This 10 acre parcel is on a south facing slope with a forest of growing trees that are all 12 feet apart. Wildlife like deer, turkeys, and an occasional moose are common. One can walk through the woods or just sit and listen to nature all around. It's a great place for hammock camping! Two miles to the East is Lake Coeur d'Alene with great boating, kayaking, and fishing. Loffs Bay has a public boat ramp and lake access.
This is not a good site for RV's! It is great for a jeep/subaru/small SUV. The trees are 12 feet apart and turning around would be difficult with an RV or trailer!

This location is about a 20 minute drive from Silverwood Theme Park and 5 minutes from Rathdrum and Twin Lakes Golf Course. If you’re looking for water, Twin Lakes, Spirit Lake, Hayden Lake, and CDA Lake, along with the Spokane River are not a far drive from this spot.
This site has a water hookup and 50 amp power service. Sewer hookups are not available at this time. We are fine with dogs, as long as they are leashed whenever they are outside. We look forward to your stay at C&S RV!

We are a small startup family farm. Our 80 acre parcel will offer you with many different opportunities. From the 40 acres of Alfalfa growing, to the orchard, to the many different livestock that we have here. Our family has jumped into the most amazing lifestyle and we love it.
We are currently full time in our RV on the land. We are currently under a remodel construction project. It is close to the camp site. However, you are far enough away to still feel you have privacy and enjoy your stay. While waiting to get our house finished we have jumped into figuring out where our family farm is headed. It has been a fun journey so far and we look forward to being able to share it with you.
SPECIAL NOTES: Our driveway is a little steep upon entrance. The power and water are further away than normal. We provide everything needed to make this a non problem for you. We have 4 “barn” cats running around. They tend to be too friendly and curious sometimes. We cannot guarantee that you won’t have cat prints on your vehicle… or one even trying to sneak in with you.
We just want you to have the full picture before spending your hard earned money and trying to enjoy your stay.

Your stay will be had on our fully operational small family farm. You are welcome to enjoy our animals following a short conversation of the rules while on your stay.
Your RV door will be facing our neighbors black angus cow pasture. It is possible that you could have some visitors out your door from time to time! (On the other side of the fence of course) We typically have trails cut throughout the property for exploring if you choose.
Our family lives on-site and fairly close to the RV pad. While we have no problem giving you as much privacy as possible. We do want you to know that this is a working farm and that means, heavy equipment could need to be operated. Animals make noise, and offer smells if the wind is blowing just right. We will almost always be outside doing something. Please be sure that this is something you are aware of and willing to have be a part of your stay.

If you are here for the outdoor activities, our location is right in the middle of Coeur d'Alene and Sandpoint. We are a 10 minute drive to Farragut State Park and Bayview. About 15 min to Round Lake State Park and Lake Cocolalla. Enjoy fishing, hiking and biking at all of these beautiful places. We have fishing poles, paddle boards and kayaks for rent if that is something you are interested in let us know. We love to share this dream we are living so come enjoy a night on the farm :)
