The property makes a great base camp for exploring the area. Centrally located to all the Pacific NW has to offer including: Gifford Pinchot National Forest, Mt. Rainer National Park, Ohanapecosh, Packwood Lake, White Pass Ski Area and so much more. While you feel like you've stepped away from it all, you're only a 4.5 miles from the amenities of downtown Packwood, including restaurants, breweries, groceries and gas etc. Located in HV #10 neighborhood. Please do not park in front of or block the shop doors. Our site is designed for one party but will accommodate an additional 2 RV’s. This is the perfect spot for family and friends to get together. This property has three 30 amp 120 volt receptacles one for each RV/pay per hookup/per night. As there are NO bathroom facilities on the property, tents MUST be in conjunction with an RV that has an indoor toilet/shower (no outdoor showering). NO TENT ONLY camping. Pay to Play: Golf at the HVCC, which is about 500ft away, Guest Fees for golf are $40.00 including Holidays or Swim-Guest Fees are $10.00 and Holidays are double. This spot was SO cozy. It’s on a street with a bunch of cute cabins so being in our camper almost felt like a “cabin” weekend. The gazebo was a game changer for fall camping and kept us dry to cook, eat, and sit by the fire under the rain. River sounds were so lovely and the hike Mark recommended (walking distance from the site) was so secluded and wonderful

This was such a charming and cozy site! Right on a creek in a beautiful neighborhood. Great waterfall hike nearby and the town of packwood is close and very fun. The gazebo was excellent as we got a little bit of rain and we were able to stay dry while still enjoying a fire 10/10 would go back!

This site is a private lot tucked in amongst a community of cabins. It’ got a mountain stream in the back, gazebo, chairs, picnic table, fire pit, full hookups , Wi-Fi, and a new gravel pad. I wished we had built in a longer stay. It’s less than a 5-minute drive to an entrance to Mount Rainier National Park.

Weekend Trip to Glacier Rock Wellness Ranch

This property was calm, clean and offered us privacy, nature, a place to cook, showers and a hot tub. The camping locations are spread out and we didn’t mind the quick stroll to reach the various amenities. It took us about little more than an hour to visit Mt. rainier and offered a view on the river as well. We hope to come again.

We had a wonderful stay at this site! It was a great little setup nestled in the woods in a nice little mountain neighborhood that backed up to a little creek (with easy access to the staircase down). The covered table with lights was a great addition and you can’t beat full hookups and WiFi. Close to town and to Mt. Rainier National Park (though the nearby entrance was closed this month for construction and we had to drive an hour to Nisqually). Would definitely book this spot again.

Peaceful setting in a golf course community perfect for dog walks. Large site is close to the small town with gas, groceries, restaurants and breweries. The area is surrounded by National forests. And of course, there is Mt Ranier.

Great location if you are looking for a place tucked in the woods and close to Mt Rainer. Although you are next to cabins, the spot still feels private and the sounds of the creek below make it so peaceful and relaxing. The fire place, gazebo, and full hook ups were an added bonus. Also, we had no problems backing our 26ft trailer in and there was enough room for 2 vehicles to park. We would definitely recommend and would rebook if we were coming back to the area. Great spot only 15 minutes from Mt Rainier and about an hour from Paradise Visitors Center. The camp spot is nestled in a small cul-de-sac with a few cabins around and generally quiet. We heard the occasional 4x4 cruising the roads which is pretty common given the amount of trail riding options down the road. Highly recommend if your looking for a convenient location to the park while enjoying the luxury of full hook ups.
