We have a well graded camping area complete with power and potable water. Bring your outdoor spirit and we will provide the scenery. The area is noted for the large population of bald eagles so bring binoculars because there is almost always something to see on the river.

Maximum 13 night stay, no long term rental space available. Dogs welcome on leash or fenced at all times. Includes use of communal area to cook, outdoor washup sink, and access to fire pit with wood and fire starters available. We are a strictly non smoking site, except inside your rig.
Glamping tent in the forest is 16 x 24 ft, with pillow top queen bed, kitchenette with refrigerator/microwave/drinking water/dishes, comfy seating and 8 foot covered deck. Access to full bathroom, cooking facility, communal fire pit, BBQ, Wi-Fi available, full electrical power in tent, woodstove in tent with wood provided. Not suitable for small children, and no pets allowed in tent.
Walk in Campsites - choose your own place to spend the night on the open pasture or in our forest. 1 tent per reservation. Less than 15 minutes off of I-5. Close to amenities - Moe’s Coffee, Stilly Diner, Willow & Jim’s, Rhode’s River Ranch, Kangaroo Farm.
A quick 10 minute drive up Highway 530 you can drop your flotation apparatus into the water and have a 2-4 hour float back down to the campground depending if you paddle or just enjoy the ride.
The North Fork of the Stilly has pretty restrictive guidelines on fishing. Fly fishing only on this section of the North Fork. Fishing season is usually a pretty short window depending on the fish count.
One of my favorite times on the property is in the fall when the salmon start to run. It’s very important we do not disturb the salmon during this time. We can still enjoy the water, we take extra precautions. It’s beautiful and fascinating. Thousands of fish are swimming up the river and spawning right next to the beach.
We have several deer walk-through the property daily. Usually stopping at the apple trees or the pear trees to grab a snack.
The main house is up above the camping area where I live. There is a gazebo near the river you can utilize that has power. A TV. Speakers. WiFi. And usually a couple hammocks hanging in it.

Great for use as a base camp. Its on Baker lake road and 2 minutes from hwy 20. This makes North cascades national park and baker lake easy to get to. 2 minutes from the rails to trails. 5 minutes from prime, skagit river beaches. The property sits up on a elevated, flat plateau lending views of the cascade foothills and the the cascades themselves. Great star gazing. State forest land borders the property which makes endless wilderness for bikes and hikes. This includes xcountry single track and a black diamond downhill trail. Shallow, freezing cold creek that comes from a spring 10 minute walk from the campsites. Dogs love it. Unfortunately, no fires. Unprecedented fire threat this year. Front area, in front of the house is now off limits as there are new tenants living in the house. Campsites are in the back with privacy and room to roam. Elevated shared area in the back to catch all the views. This is a big open property with mountain views. Great star gazing. The surrounding mountains turn epic in the evenings. One clean portapotty.
