10 acre homestead on the outskirts of downtown North Bend at the base of Mt. Si. Breathtaking view of the mountain, peaceful pastures, amazing wildlife. Walk or ride to all the charm of Downtown North Bend (0.7 miles), The Snoqualmie River (0.5 miles) or The Snoqualmie Trail (0.5 miles). Close to Rattlesnake Lake (6.5 miles) and a huge variety of hiking trails. The farm is regularly visited by elk. We have a small area, but most of it is shaded and right by the river. Learn more about this land: Come camp near the river at a fully-functional whitewater river rafting basecamp!! Our group-style camping area is ideal for small groups of people or couples. We have a total of 4 spots. Spot #1 is our largest spot, suitable for 4 or 5 two-person or three-person tents. Spot #2 is a bit smaller, ideal for up to 3 medium-sized tents. Spots 3 and 4 are suitable for two small to medium-sized tents. Camp spots are next to each other, so there's not a lot of "wild forest camping" here.  We refer to it as urban camping. All spots are level and graveled. Please be aware that there is some traffic noise in the area, as we are near Highway 2.   There are also picnic tables in the camping area for all campers to use as well as several hammocks.. Access to the river is very nearby. Weekend camping is limited, and you may occasionally hear the sound of a train whistle. WiFi and a fire pit are included, as well as on-site port-a-potties.  Hot outdoor showers are also on-site and available to all rafters and campers. There is a large communal fire pit, but no individual campfire pits; however, the option is to bring a propane stand-alone fire pit.  Fires are allowed in April, May, and June; the fire ban starts on July 1st due to wildfire concerns. No smoking and children are OK as long as they are kept under control and monitored at all times.   Our property features potable water, on-site outdoor showers, and a foot-operated hand wash station.  Our camping area is somewhat small and does not have grass, but it is graveled.  Please be respectful of our neighbors and other campers by keeping your music at a low to medium volume.  Please bring a photo ID and a credit card to complete our camper registration form.  Additionally, we are a river rafting company, so we may not have anyone present when you arrive - don't worry, we are likely on the river and will return soon!  *** Please message before booking to ensure we are a good match***

Weekend Trip to Airstream Glamping 1

This was the perfect option for my husband and I’s cozy weekend staycation. Clear instructions/directions, host was quick to respond, and thoughtful amenities. We loved having the option to cook our own food using the outdoor kitchen. We would have loved to take advantage of more out there but it was pouring down rain. Close enough to local eateries that we were able to grab breakfast on Saturday morning while we were feeling lazy (highly recommend The Kettle in Enumclaw!) It was a fun experience to stay in an airstream style camper. We would visit again in the future.

beautiful cute and quaint campsite. lovely couple that gave so many great recs and info on the site. celebrated my friends bday and first time camping for him and he said it was a lovely experience. very well kept area and grass was still soft in late sept. 10/10 would recommend especially if you dont want to camp with other campers around and prefer more secluded area without it being too far from the city (30 mins away from downtown seattle) and owners are nearby but never saw them throughout the trip just to say hello and goodbye:) thank you for the beautiful stay. also depending when you go they have lots of fruit - apple on trees and grapes on the vine in late September!

The yurt was such a great experience! It was decked out with everything you could possibly need (chargers, flashlights, batteries) & the kitchen had all necessary supplies. The driving and parking directions were very clear. The land is beautiful. It was a bit louder than expected, with sound traveling across from other neighbors in the AM, but other than that our experience was great and I would go back again!

Weekend Trip to River Recreation's Basecamp

Don's space was a decent place to spend a quick night while we were at an event in Leavenworth. Directions were clear and the site was tidy. It's located on his basecamp for river rafting, so it's convenient for a quick night or two, but wouldn't be intended for private relaxation. The white noise from the river and wind was great! The traffic noise isn't disturbing, and the train only went by once.

Don is super kind and even though he was not there he was quick to answer the phone anytime we had questions. Cute little place that we fortunately got to ourselves :) we slept on hammocks one night, which was super fun. The train noises aren’t that bad and neither was the interstate across the river, the river flowing makes up for it. I would definitely recommend this place for a group, we were just a group of girls and we felt totally safe here.

The property is very conveniently located for quick excursions (hiking, climbing, boating, fishing, etc.) between Leavenworth and Stevens Pass. It’s well maintained, clean, spacious, and organized. Mary Ann responded promptly to our messages and she was very accommodating. The Hwy 2 is very close, which means some noise. For campers in vans, RVs, and trailers, it should not be an issue. For people sleeping in tents, it could be a bit challenging. Overall, I would definitely recommend this campaign spot!

We saw the weather report for this week and spontaneously booked a campsite nearby Skykomish River. We were only able to book on the app 24 hours in advance, but Michelle responded right away and was able to modify our reservation so we could check in the next day and enjoy the beautiful weather for our entire stay. She was also super informative regarding what to expect for our dog(s), and also gave us a much needed reminder to bring a portable toilet. Great communication from this host. The river is down the street from the campsite. There are 3 river access points that we found. One spot by the road barrier is deep and wonderful for adults to swim. It's mostly rocky and steep in the areas easily accessible from the street where the campsite is. We enjoyed exploring the island across the river. If you can manage to get your kids across, (I just set them on an intertube and swam them across instead of walking in the shallow rocky parts) keep walking to the south side of the island, there's a very secluded sandy part with very little currents and is kid friendly! This area was very dark during the night which was ideal to watch the spectacular meteor shower. We really loved the clear turquoise waters, and gorgeous night skies the most. Thanks Michelle!

A very nice, comfortable spot close to important amenities including a large grocery store and restaurants. Kris was very welcoming and made himself available if there were any questions or concerns. I was tent camping. Water and electricity are provide, but there is no toilet, so be prepared. A public park with restrooms is a little less than a mile away.

Lovely spot, charming hosts, and lots of fruit trees. Kris was excellent at offering privacy, and we didn't have any issues the whole stay. We brought a camping toilet with it's own tent, and there was plenty of room to set it up in a private little corner of bushes out of our way. Next time we would love to use the firepit, and the grape vine perogola saved my very crappy tent from the rain.

Weekend Trip to Eagle Rock Resort Campground

My husband and I booked this place as a very last minute adventure to get out of town. Very solid location to be able to explore all the beautiful nature around the area! Only took about 15 minutes to get into Yakima. The campsites were spaced out nicely, a little more open than some but still felt private enough. The running water and restrooms were a very nice amenity to have, as well as the cute little store and restaurant. Waking up to the mountain views in the distance was a very nice bonus. The river was beautiful, and the night star viewing was great as well. Overall would recommend to anyone looking to go explore the area and just enjoy being outside.
