Hiking trails through the woods, with a glimpse of Church mountain out the door and just a jaunt to Cornell creek. Bodigers bond across the street and the Mt. Baker/Snoqualamie national forest right out your front door. It's a 1/4 mile from Glacier, Wa and 17 miles from the Mt. Baker ski area. Please note, this cabin accommodates 3 people. I will allow 5 but there is not beds for 5 people. 2 people are welcome to sleep in a tent under the poll barn. There is an additional charge for the 2 extra people. We don't allow dogs in the Gem at this time. Feel free to check out our other cabins on the same property. The Nook and The LTC both allow dogs.

River fish include Rainbow Trout, Cutthroat Trout, Steelhead, Salmon, Chinook, Coho, and Sockeye, & Dolly Varden. Things to do: -Enjoying our Paradise. -Floating, Wading, swimming, -Trout Fishing. -Wildlife Watching. Things within 10 minutes: -Fish ladders on the left side as you drive to camp. you might also like to walk on both sides of the bridge for a breath-taking view of the canyon. -Granite Falls (at Fish Ladders). -Ice Caves (Dog Friendly). -Many hiking trails and lakes in the area. -The small town has just about all the basic needs and a ACE Hardware store, Market, Drug store, and Museum. all within 1-2 blocks.
