Cute and cozy tiny home getaway on beautiful Whidbey Island, perfect for a single person or a couple. Relax or work in this peaceful spot located on our 5-acre homestead with chickens and beautiful gardens. Just minutes from the ferry and within walking distance to several miles of free hiking trails, this property is a 10-minute drive to several beaches and the lovely seaside village of Langley. Hang out in the quietness of the woods or explore the island's hot spots, including wineries, breweries, and great restaurants. The tiny home features a composting toilet in the outhouse, and hot water is available both inside and in the outdoor shower.This space is excellent for singles or couples. It is small but cozy, with lots of windows that offer woodland views and a comfortable full-size bed. The tiny house features hot running water inside, as well as electric outlets, a heater, a fridge, and free WiFi. The easy-to-use composting toilet is in a separate private outhouse just steps from the tiny house. The private outdoor shower is very roomy and has hot water, offering a lovely view of the towering cedars. You can cook on the butane burner, prepare coffee or tea with the electric kettle, and store any food or drinks in the small fridge. Pots, pans, and dishes are also provided. Cozy up with a book on the window bench or use the small desk for eating or working. There is an outdoor patio area with a grill, a table and chairs, as well as a solo stove fire pit and plenty of room to hang out in privacy.

Cooking equipment present
Bbq, stovetop or hot plate, fridge, freezer, cookware, cooking utensils, dishware, cutlery, basic seasoning and oils, sink or other dishwashing station. A butane burner for cooking, a kettle for making coffee and tea, a french press, ca toaster, cooking utensils and dishes are provided. There is also a fridge with a small freezer. If you want fresh eggs, just let us know and we are happy to share! There is also a charcoal grill, charcoal and lighter fluid provided.

beautiful tiny home! heats up quickly with the space heater. natural sunlight but shaded enough by trees to feel private. enjoyed fresh eggs from the chickens. Everything with valerie was smooth without issues!

Love the cozy tiny house! It was just perfect for what we needed a warm dry place to rest, relax and reenergize! The care for us as guests was amazing! Towels,tea and coffee included!! Plus, the bonus of adorable chickens!!

A great Gem!
Cozy Acres Tiny House
This is a great gem. Wonderfully cozy, super close to some nice hiking at the Whidbey Institute. Ed was great to share some conversation with one evening as I was looking at their gardens. I will be back.

Cozy Acres Tiny House
We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful tiny home! The home had everything we needed and was very well throughout, maintained, and cared for. It felt very private and was perfect for a weekend getaway. We would absolutely stay here again and can’t recommend it enough!
