Adventure Awaits on Corkscrew Bay at Lake Roosevelt, Washington. Camp 300 feet from the end of a bay to access the 180 mile long lake. 3 campsites nestled in the tall pines are secluded and quiet. Located 9 miles off of the nearest highway, the last 4 miles of county maintained gravel road, makes this far off of the beaten path. 3 bell disc golf course on site! Community picnic table with a view of the bay. Wildlife frequently visits and grazes on and nearby the property.
Campsite have water and power hook-ups. No bathroom! Septic dump may be available with prior permission for an extra fee. No internet service available. Some cellular service may provide a little signal, but do not count on it. Between two boat launches, a 20 mile drive North or South, both 9 river miles away by boat. Fort Spokane or Two Rivers to the South with a marina, dock fuel, convenience store, Chuck Wagon and Fort Spokane Restaurant's. To the North is Hunters boat launch, Grocery, Cafe, and Bar and Grill. The Bar and Grill has live music most summer weekends. Fruitland, a few miles closer, offers the Fruitland Winery, also with live music some weekends, and the smallest Market with the most supplies from fuel and food to marine and auto parts.

We love hosting campers. Highland Glenn Ranch is located 15 miles north of Republic, WA in Ferry County. Acres of forest allow for outdoor games and woodland exploration. We are happy to help make your stay on our Ranch special.
A Resource Book is available to borrow with listings of local attractions, outdoor activities, shops, and restaurants to help you plan activities during your stay. ~ If visiting Canada is of interest, a scenic 30-minute drive further north on Hwy. 21 along the Kettle River takes you to the border crossing at Grand Forks, BC.
If you have questions about the campsites, please reach out. If all sites are booked, contact us… we may be able to create a spot for you. We have room to grow but are doing it slowly.
The day of your booking we will reach out on your ETA. We always meet and greet first time campers at the gate and escort you to your site, so please arrive as close to Check-In time as possible.
We understand that travel can delay arrival. If you tell us you’ll be here at 4:30, we’re sitting and waiting for you. So if you’ll be late, please be courteous of our time and let us know… communication goes a long way.
NOTE: we don’t have cell reception and we’re only online once each day. After booking, we will send you our home landline number (no texting) to call for communication.
This is a working Ranch so please be aware that there are sounds associated with our activities: sheep and goats get excited at feeding time; livestock guard dogs bark while doing their jobs, and the rooster announces the break of dawn.
~ The Ranch borders State Land and is within 1 mile of the Colville National Forest means endless miles of picturesque hiking and wildlife viewing
~ Swimming, fishing, boating, and water skiing are only 15 minutes away at Curlew Lake State Park and the Kettle River
~ One bundle of firewood, 5 gallons of potable water, and a compost toilet are included with your stay. BYOTP though
WILDLIFE: There is a wide range of wildlife around the Ranch- snowshoe hare, grouse, turkey, bobcat, Canada lynx, coyote, cougar, wolf, and black bear. Please use common sense while camping! Always be aware of your surroundings. Keep garbage secure in a vehicle. - There are also ticks in the area.

From just being in your trailer, petting the horses, visiting the chickens, walking the garden, to zooming around to the various wineries & breweries(including one right across the street, New Maitland Brewing, open Friday-Sunday 4-8!) In July we have ample sweet and pie cherries! In August, September and October it is Veggies, Dahlias & Sunflower time!! Bring your atv there are lots of trails all way to Canada.Learn more about this land:We would offer trials an boat dock they could swim and camp and fish. They can ride bikes on the trials ans if they bring atv there are roads they can drive on. It’s just short walk to the dock from the camp sites

Tom and Krystal were so welcoming and had everything ready when we arrived. There was a guide that included the fire danger level, local history, and recommendations for nearby areas to explore.
The spot itself felt wonderfully secluded with the exception of a friendly chipmunk who came to visit.

This was our 9 and 4 year olds first time camping. We loved the view, the privacy, and the hospitality of Tom and Krystal. We enjoyed exploring the property and had a great time.
