Cute, cozy off-grid rustic little cabin in the trees up by Brian Head, in Southern Utah.This spot would work for a family reunion or small girls camp (with tents/RV) with max capacity of about 20 people.
Cabin info ($99/night + $69 cleaning fee): This cabin is a cozy 744 square feet. It's off-grid, but we have a 500 gallon water system, an electric start generator, and a propane tank. We hope to also get some solar power up there soon! It's 1 bedroom, 1 bath, and a loft. Max capacity of 8 people (all-new bedroom mattresses as of 2024):
2 in bedroom on full-sized mattress
2 on full-sized pull-out bed in living room area
2 on north side of loft on queen-sized mattress (loft ladder not recommended for those over 75)
2 on south side of loft on full-sized mattress (loft ladder not recommended for those over 75)
There is a front deck and a large back deck, where multiple tables can be set up for eating. There is also a full outdoor kitchen. This cabin would also be great as a fishing/hunting base camp - Mammoth Creek, Lowder Ponds, Panguitch Lake, and more are all close!
Extra info: There are places for 3-4 tents ($20/tent/night), and 1-2 RVs ($35/RV/night)

This was a great place to stay. The owners were very nice and the campground was very nice. The sites were level, the only drawback was it appeared several of the sites if you back in the hookups are on the wrong side, this would be ok if you have a long hose.

Such a nice place! The woman who greeted me when I checked in was very friendly and helpful. The camp site was nice and comfortable. All tent sites have fire pits incase you're wondering since HipCamp claimed they don't. The bathrooms and showers were nice and clean and spacious. There is a laundry room with tables and a couch. There's a nice convenience store, a cafe, a pool, a playground, horses you can pet. I would absolutely recommend this place and would stay there again in a heartbeat. Beautiful scenery as well. There is a mountain in the distance with some nice hoodoos which is cool to see from your campground.

We woke up to a field of gorgeous, friendly horses with the beautiful rocks and mountains in the background. The campsites were very well cared for all of the facilities were immaculate, and our campground hosts came and introduced themselves personally and were very welcoming and available. Definitely one of our favorite campsites in the USA!

The campground is situated almost perfectly in between Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. The grounds themselves are mostly shaded with a variety of site sizes for everything from a tent to a motorhome. The bathrooms are noteworthy for being up-to-date with granite countertops and tiled showers and toilet stalls...and super clean!!!! The grocery store on premises is ok with a good variety of basics.

Absolutely beautiful off grid cabin the perfect distance from the national parks with some beautiful national forest to explore right around the cabin! The hosts are amazing and will make sure you're set up for your time in their heidout!

This was one of the best camping experiences I have ever had! You are back in the woods away from everyone. There is a huge dog park so you can let your pups run without worrying, and a wonderful space to hang out with a projector and games. Not to mention free laundry! If you don’t mind a drive to be in a beautiful space this is the camp site for you.
