Utah juniper and Cedar are the species of trees on this high desert landscape at 6000 foot elevation. A newly renovated pool summer 2022 and new bathrooms, showers and laundry room added (in a 14 foot grain silo) by the pool spring 2022. We just added a basketball area and sand volleyball is summer 2022. Pickleball going in summer 2023. 8 new full hookup RV pads also going in summer 2023 and are now available with 30/50 amp service. Far enough away from the lights of surrounding towns of Spring City, Mt. Pleasant and Ephraim, the Milky Way and stars will amaze. Come and visit for a night or a week. Calling all travelers who want an escape from the mundane! Our "Enchanted Urban TREE HOUSE" is called this due to the upper loft area with skylights that look into the trees branches above! The Enchanted Whimsical theme is very "Alice In Wonderland-esc". Allow yourself and your group to be enchanted by the livingroom's GOLD CEILINGS and clocks wall, reminding you to unwind and take some time for self care! On the topic of self-care, upon ascending the GOLD SPIRAL STAIRCASE located in the newly remodeled kitchen, you will be hugged with a unique meditation station, just outside the loft bedroom. Here there are ton's of tiny golden mirrors and some meditation floor pads, for an ideal spot to sit in contemplation and seek your most present minded self. A door-way off this room leads you into the "tree-house" feeling bedroom. The green color scheme and the skylight peering at the branches of the trees which extend over the roof in the sky, create a "tree-house like" experience. Back down on the ground level, you will find a second and third bedroom. The first one has a queen bed as well as a closet. The 3rd bedroom sleeps just one person with a twin bed and is at the back of the house. The window looking out back from here is the closest room to the hot tub/gazebo area in the backyard, which is professionally cleaned and maintained. There is a remodeled, full bath with bath tub on the ground level. This is the only bathroom in this home. The remodeled kitchen is well stocked/appointed. This backyard space has a couple outside table and chair areas, and it is the place we would as that you park during your stay, accessing it through the alley (see listing photos). The yard is fully fenced. The neighborhood is a mix of single family and multifamily dwellings and is close to Freeway entrances, minutes from restaurants, bars entertainment

It's a cozy little site, very quiet, next to a murmuring creek and a narrow footpath higher up into the beautiful nature where you can get wide views over the surrounding landscape. The host is very friendly, introduces you to the technical details and helps backing in the RV. Site is level, gravelled, between low trees/brushes. Can get cold in the night, even in August! :-)

This place was great! The sounds of the creek were nice. The host was great and very helpful. The hangout area behind our teardrop camper was a little small since we had our two dogs, but the road was great for walks with them so it worked out just fine. The spring down the road is delicious. Looks like there is a lot to do around the area, we were just stopping overnight on a road trip so didn’t have time for much.

Very peaceful with the little stream running behind the spot. My class C was a bit of a tight fit but it worked. Chad was an amazing host and the area is very scenic. There is also a hiking trail 3-5 minutes up the road. The spot itself is very private feeling with trees surrounding. This location is also starlink friendly.

1 night at Tiny Shiny Escape, River Runs Thru!

I appreciated Chad's hospitality, communication, and help navigating to the spot in the dark. The drive back to the canyon was great at night and the roads were clear and maintained in the winter (I was worried - Chad assured me they are safe). I woke up to the most amazing views, snow covered trees, and the running river completed the whole thing! I felt like I was in Narnia. Beautiful spot. Great host. Highly recommend. Thanks Chad!
