Amenities: Excellent AC/heat Electricity -On demand tankless water heater. -Wi-Fi Kitchen has a mid-size refrigerator, 4 burner propane gas stove with oven, large sink and individual filtered water faucet, microwave, toaster, coffee bar, and all cooking and eating utensils necessary to prepare a meal. We provide coffee, tea assortment, creamer, sugar, spices, olive and avocado oils, and Farm Fresh eggs. Bathroom has a flush toilet, 36” shower stall with body wash, shampoo & conditioner dispenser. Bath towels, toilet paper, blow dryer, and small iron. The sleeping loft upstairs has a full size bed and small chest of drawers to keep clothing in. There is an extra fan for warmer if needed. Stayed in #60, an A-framed structure about 200sq/ft with electricity, AC, heat, and windows that view the sky. Site has a picnic table, fire pit, and chairs around the fire. Very comfortable bedding. Beautiful and quiet grounds. Well maintained. Bathrooms and showers are a 10/10. Justin at the store/clubhouse is top notch and a great host with great recommendations to local hikes and restaurants. There is also a cool dog park area that is fenced in and has some fun obstacles for them. All in all this place is awesome and we cannot wait to come back.

We had a great time staying here! The barn was super cute, warm, and cosy, and the bathrooms were great. Our only complaint is that there were five large dogs running around off leash the entire time we were there. Of course they were friendly to me and my parents, but my own dog does not always do well with other dogs. I barely let him out because I didn't want him to meet five other large dogs, especially when the owner was not in sight. I am not sure if these dogs live on site or belonged to another guest, but we would have appreciated stricter rules about dogs being kept on leash (as my dog was).

The wagon was adorable! We were worried it might be too cold, but there was a small space heater that kept us toasty with lows of ~25F. There was also an air conditioner that we didn’t use. We had such a wonderful stay at The Red Barn in Garden! Carrie Ann was an amazing host — so kind, responsive, and thoughtful. The place itself was beautiful and peaceful, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Carrie Ann went above and beyond to make us feel welcome (even sharing a sweet and delicious watermelon from the garden!). The barn and surrounding area were clean, cozy, and perfect for relaxing. Rikki and her family made our experience amazing, from composing a song for my sons birthday to decorating our cabin and putting in decorated cake pops in the cabin to inviting us to some shaved ice and Introducing her amazing grandson to my son so they can get together and hangout with the atv, play with rvs, go horseback riding,just boys having boys fun, the cabin is great with every attention to detail, a fridge and microwave, games galore and great spots to swim and to fish, feeding the chickens and turkeys, bringing us delicious breakfast in the morning right to our cabin and even offering the propane BBQ for our cooking needs, the showers right across from the cabin and bathrooms are super clean, nothing is missing to the place, it's heaven. The whole family is invested in making sure that you feel welcome and have a great time! I wish I didn't have to leave, my son feels the same way! We are definitely coming back to this corner of the planet that just makes you happy because of the people as much as the amenities and how well maintained the cabin is. You feel like family as soon as you step in!! Thank you to the whole family, you made me fall in love with everyone and the whole place!

Our park is located right next to BLM land with miles and miles of trails, perfect for an adventure with you and your furry family. If our policy isn’t followed it will result in immediate eviction with no refund. •Children must be attended at all time by an adult according to state law. •Parents are responsible for all damages caused by their children. •No excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages. No alcohol allowed in building at any time. No alcohol on trails or in any motor vehicle. •No leaving air conditioners on all day while you are out, no leaving air conditioner running all night. •Do not move fire pits. •Please secure your own valuables. The resort cannot be responsible for loss or theft. •The resort is not responsible for any accidents or injuries resulting in or around resort. •No washing cars, ATV’s or RV’s is allowed on property •Quiet Times are from 10:00 P.M. – 7:00 A.M. •Garbage – Guest are responsible to pick up all their garbage and dump it in out campground dumpster located on the east end of the campground. •Please ask front desk if you have any questions. •Please do not park on grass or in vacant spots. •No removal or cutting of any trees, plants, or natural materials. •Use of firearms, archery, or any type of weapon is prohibited. •No FIREWORKS are allowed in the park. •Please do not walk through neighbor’s campsite. •5 MPH Speed Limit. •No major repairs, oil changing or radiator flushing may be done on property. • Fires are only allowed in our approved fire pits. Tents and all flammable items must be kept at least six (6) feet away from the fire pit. •No smoking in any building – complying with the Utah Clean Air Act. •All guest shall remove all personal property, debris and litter prior to departing their site. •If you do not occupy your reserved campsite by 10:00 A.M. on the following day of you scheduled arrival date, the site will be made available to public. •Disclaimer: Management reserves the right to change the rules and regulations at any time. Bear Valley RV & Campground Resort will not be held responsible for loss, damages or claims for damages to property or guest due to fire, theft, accident, or any other cause. The Management also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, or remove anyone from the park, without a refund, for perceived violations or disturbances.
