We plant and tend vegetable gardens for our guests to share in the harvest. We plant Huggle Mounds in the spring... as well as grapes and assorted fruit trees... You are welcome to walk our Labyrinth. You are free to wander the fields, gardens and orchards. When the garden is in bloom, help yourself... Most sites have air conditions or fans, as well as heaters in season. 110 power is at each site... We have a Grumpy Dragon Cafe outside with a help yourself breakfast bar. Loved staying at Lynnellen’s Hipcamp so much that we extended our stay by two more nights mid-trip. She personally greets you, walks you through everything, and has created an incredibly thoughtful setup for travelers. In the evenings, she puts out sandwich fixings and keeps a fridge stocked with water bottles you can grab for your tent. Inside, there’s iced tea, ice, hot cocoa, and other small touches that make a big difference. Each camping space feels private while still being comfortable and well-equipped with real beds, clean sheets, power, and lighting. She even set out a telescope so guests can take in the night sky. Mornings shift into a bed-and-breakfast experience. Everyone gathers at a long table, talking and connecting, while Lynnellen cooks whatever you’re craving. There are around 20 hot cocoa flavors to choose from, which my daughter loved. She is an excellent cook and genuinely kind. There’s also a huge garden where you can pick fresh vegetables for a snack. What started as a simple place to sleep turned into one of the most memorable parts of our trip. It felt less like a campsite and more like a community. One camper even asked to take a photo with her, which says a lot. She also gave me great advice, and my daughter absolutely adored her.

Love camping on this property the tent was lovely and set up for everything and more. The host stayed up very late to let us come stay with a last minute notice from our road trip. We stayed on the way to our destination and on the way back. We had to leave early each time so we didn’t have time to stay for the homemade breakfast but there was food set out the first stay in the morning, for early risers which we appreciated. Loved seeing the animals around and walking around the property. Thank you!

This tiny house my family rented was way cooler than we could have imagined. On the outside it looks small but inside is so roomy, comfortable, and somehow looks way bigger inside than out. Overlooks the beach and easy walk down to it. There were plenty of accommodations provided and just overall was a great time there. We plan to make this spot a tradition.

Staying here was such a pleasure. Lynnellen was so kind to my kids and I. It honestly felt like we were visiting a family member’s house. The feel is sort of like staying at a bnb, but there are amazing tents out back. I was not expecting breakfast and all the magnificent bonuses, but was so grateful. We will be back.

We spent two nights there for my birthday with our dog and loved it! Lynnellen is definitely made for this. She was super friendly and obliging, and didn’t murder us for getting some candle wax on her rug in the tent lol so fives all around! We came early in the season so the outdoor shower wasn’t open but we had access to showers inside the house, so it all worked out! Not much firewood, but that’s not a deal breaker by any means, and there was plenty of kindling all around the yard. The swings were great and we mainly just relaxed the whole time! The outhouse was right next to us and was very clean. It was pretty cold and windy so we had a lot of fun bundling up in the tent with the heated blanket :)

I loved the bed. That sounds so weird but it's like sleeping on a cloud. The host is great. Such a sweetheart. So cute. We had a great time. The treetop is the one I'd choose. The pics don't do it justice. We will be back. Aspen is so spacious. The only thing was the showers weren't up and running but it was late in the year!!

I had a really great time at Sandy beaches I was prepared for camping, pod nine was beautiful. I was ready to care for my trash, I knew I needed to keep my food cold. They figured out how to cool it down, slept well. I was glad to have a beautiful fire on the beach. Super cool. There were a lot of flies. I wasn’t ready for that. I look forward to going again.

The property was more run down on the outside then the photos but we all know we post pictures at our best, lots of over grown prickly bushes which is a Yuba thing but the listing just doesn't reflect that so fyi. It was hot as Hades in that box when I arrived and there is a portable swamp cooler but it mostly just made it humid and smell funny so I turned it back off and just opened windows and the sliding door. I was happy to have a bed and not tent it, that was my goal and this fit that perfectly, but it's still "camping" so be realistic in expectations. Bathroom was a smidge further than I imagined, it's a walk back down the road and up a hill. There were outlets by the bed and bar top but I couldn't get anything to plug in, just would not insert, luckily the ones by the bed had a USB port and the charger I had worked for that. The view in the morning was amazing overlooking the lake and since I was there in August it cools down a lot at night with windows open. Overall it was pleasant. The listing also said wifi available but when I searched for a network none were found, not even password protected ones. Closest gas station is back towards nephi just FYI so no quick stop for snacks, do it on the way or plan for the outting.

The Glamping Tent itself exceeded my expectations for sure. It was very clean, extremely cute, very quiet (which is what i was looking for most), and private. Mrs. Lynn makes you feel very at home. She is kind and sincere. Shes definitely someone Id stop by and say Hi to whether I was staying there or not. Overall, a beautiful place to stay and Id absolutely stay again, and plan on it 🩷

Weekend Trip to Cormi Creek

We loved camping at the Cormi Creek for my husband's 30th birthday. We were a big group of 14 and Cory was so kind to accommodate us. Its a well thought of site - with all amenities like the lights, bbq grill and chairs. It was a clear night and we could see the milky way galaxy. Very peaceful, quiet, refreshing and clean. Cory sent us so many additional pictures of the site and was very responsive, would be back here to camp soon!

I had the most relaxing stay at Sandy Beach. This was such a hidden gem!! I was traveling on my own as a 28 year old girl and felt very safe. I met so many kind people, and Parker was an amazing host. I ended up extending my stay and hope to be back as soon as possible!
