Learn more about this land: Welcome to a great wide open desert retreat. Do as you please! No one is going to bother you. Let the animals loose, roll out the off road vehicles, ride bikes, and build a fire and enjoy that peaceful good outdoor life.  The old Spanish trail can be found nearby for hiking and/or biking and there are mountains and cool wildlife all around in the valley. The stars all pop completely present with no light pollution to spoil them.  Additionally, Southern Utah has so many other trails and beautiful places all over in almost any direction. Zion National Park is only a little over an hour drive away down I-15. I highly recommend Kanarraville Falls as well, as it's at most only 30 minutes away. *** Getting to the property: It is directly off of the "main" road which consists of a well kept wide dirt road. The GPS location will guide you straight there to an intersecting road with a stop sign called 1200 E which runs south the "main" road/4800 N/AKA Antelope Springs Rd. At this intersection, there is a trail running north marked with an orange post for fiber cable. That trail and road marks the bottom left corner of the property if you're facing north. Follow the trail and find your way anywhere on the right side, there are already some campsites made up, but you are also welcome to make your own to your hearts desire. Be mindful of your vehicle, cars can drive the trail but there is always a risk of getting stuck. You can also park on the main road as you are already at the property anyway and can just walk in a little ways to set up your camp. **It's important to be aware of any fire warnings for Iron County, Utah. Do a Google search for fire threats and it should be the first thing you see. Most of the time, large bonfires will be highly discouraged. Use good judgment when building a fire of any size.  *Cedar City is a straight shot East if you need any medical attention.

Learn more about this land: Camp with the stars and magnificent views of Cedar City. You will be about 3 miles from 3 Peaks Recreation and biking area. There are biking trails near the property that you can hop right on. Lund Trail and Three Peaks are both really close. We are 15 minutes from Wal-mart, Panda, Cafe Rio and other businesses. Near Brian Head Ski Resort, Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, Cedar Breaks National Monument, and other great outdoor activities. The property has a gentle slope of about 7 feet down to the east over about 200 feet. It is rocky and sandy desert. You will want to bring water. Let me know if you want to see the video I made showing how it is about 60 seconds down a nice dirt road to Lund Highway. :) I can share a link with a video showing the views. We have the shipping container with WIFI there too. I can get you a WIFI password. :)

Weekend Trip to The Peacemaker RV Park

Wonderful, accommodating and welcoming hosts! Collette, Mel and Bailey went above and beyond to make us feel at home and to make our time there special. The bathrooms/showers were very clean and simply beautiful after a day of hiking. Gorgeous views and plenty of space. We will be back! Thank you!

This is about as homey as a camping spot on a ranch can feel. Bailey the dog was a highlight of our trip, and we wanted for nothing. We absolutely loved it and we would gladly stay here again!

Weekend Trip to Briggs' Beryl Desert Retreat

Finding a private place is so incredibly difficult these days. What a blessing it was to find this gem! My two dogs finally got to run free, stunning views in every direction, not a single worry at night and 100% privacy. Thank you so much!

5 nights at The Peacemaker RV Park

We loved our stay on the ranch!! Beautiful land, wonderful animals, our kids (3&6) had a blast. Shower on site was a great addition and not a far walk from the RV area. Collette and others on the ranch were welcoming and friendly, we felt right at home. The night sky was amazing and we even saw shooting stars! Only 2 1/2 hours from Vegas, amazing to have something so close. Can’t wait to come back!!

Weekend Trip to The Peacemaker RV Park

We reserved one of the RV spots this past weekend. Collete was absolutely a pleasure and was super sweet with us. This place has a well maintained range, all different animals(including 2 donkeys who LOVE being pet my my kid) very well kept and the views are incredible. Truly a beautiful ranch that we will for sure be back to in the future.
