There is only one RV site so it’s much quieter than a public campground. The driveway area circles around the private home so it is easy to pull your RV through to the RV pad/spot. There are neighbors with cows, geese, chickens, goats, dogs and pigs so realize it’s not as quiet as some places but still more private than many public venues. You could put a tent up in the dirt but I don’t recommend it as I can’t imagine it would be very comfortable. There are horses in corrals, my people and dog friendly dog is off-leash, and there are 5 barn cats who roam free on the property (2 of which are as friendly as dogs). All persons staying on the property will need to sign a liability waiver since it is a horse property and horses are present. My horses aren’t offered for riding but ask about other ways you can interact with them if you desire. At no additional cost you can help care for them, brush them, and learn a few fun facts about them. For a fee you can get guided experiences with them on the ground (not in the saddle), do breath work sessions with them, and learn basic horsemanship skills.

Zion National Park is only a little over an hour drive away down I-15. I highly recommend Kanarraville Falls as well, as it's at most only 30 minutes away. *** Getting to the property: It is directly off of the "main" road which consists of a well kept wide dirt road. The GPS location will guide you straight there to an intersecting road with a stop sign called 1200 E which runs south the "main" road/4800 N/AKA Antelope Springs Rd. At this intersection, there is a trail running north marked with an orange post for fiber cable. That trail and road marks the bottom left corner of the property if you're facing north. Follow the trail and find your way anywhere on the right side, there are already some campsites made up, but you are also welcome to make your own to your hearts desire. Be mindful of your vehicle, cars can drive the trail but there is always a risk of getting stuck. You can also park on the main road as you are already at the property anyway and can just walk in a little ways to set up your camp. **It's important to be aware of any fire warnings for Iron County, Utah. Do a Google search for fire threats and it should be the first thing you see. Most of the time, large bonfires will be highly discouraged. Use good judgment when building a fire of any size.  *Cedar City is a straight shot East if you need any medical attention.

Let the animals loose, roll out the off road vehicles, ride bikes, and build a fire and enjoy that peaceful good outdoor life.  The old Spanish trail can be found nearby for hiking and/or biking and there are mountains and cool wildlife all around in the valley. The stars all pop completely present with no light pollution to spoil them.  Additionally, Southern Utah has so many other trails and beautiful places all over in almost any direction. Zion National Park is only a little over an hour drive away down I-15. I highly recommend Kanarraville Falls as well, as it's at most only 30 minutes away. *** Getting to the property: It is directly off of the "main" road which consists of a well kept wide dirt road. The GPS location will guide you straight there to an intersecting road with a stop sign called 1200 E which runs south the "main" road/4800 N/AKA Antelope Springs Rd. At this intersection, there is a trail running north marked with an orange post for fiber cable. That trail and road marks the bottom left corner of the property if you're facing north. Follow the trail and find your way anywhere on the right side, there are already some campsites made up, but you are also welcome to make your own to your hearts desire. Be mindful of your vehicle, cars can drive the trail but there is always a risk of getting stuck. You can also park on the main road as you are already at the property anyway and can just walk in a little ways to set up your camp. **It's important to be aware of any fire warnings for Iron County, Utah. Do a Google search for fire threats and it should be the first thing you see. Most of the time, large bonfires will be highly discouraged. Use good judgment when building a fire of any size.  *Cedar City is a straight shot East if you need any medical attention.

Rachel has a great site near Cedar City that is very level and accommodated our 43' fifth wheel without any problem. She has updated the site to have full hookups, including 50 amp electrical. While here, we enjoyed mountain bike riding at Iron Hills and Three Peaks (only 5 miles away...). We also explored Cedar City a bit. We'll be back in the future, and would absolutely stay here again.
