As an added bonus, you will have access to the ponds, you may use the boat, canoe or kayaks, you can also catch and release fish if you have your own fishing equipment. Boom, easy explanation. Now, on to the good stuff. In Utah, the St. George Field Office manages around 629,000 acres of land in Washington County. The environment out here is pretty dang unique, because it’s situated at the convergence of the Mojave Desert, the Great Basin, and the Colorado Plateau. Some plants and animals can only be found here in this unique area. Because it’s such a one-of-a-kind spot, the recreation opportunities are just as awesome. The BLM’s website describes them as “as diverse and challenging as the desert landscape.” We’ll raise a glass (or a tin camp mug) to that description! Easy sightseeing is an option, and hiking is another favorite activity for all levels. Mountain biking, rock climbing, and even canyoneering are all excellent ways to spend your time around St. George, too.

We are 15 minutes from Wal-mart, Panda, Cafe Rio and other businesses.
Near Brian Head Ski Resort, Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, Cedar Breaks National Monument, and other great outdoor activities.
The property has a gentle slope of about 7 feet down to the east over about 200 feet. It is rocky and sandy desert. You will want to bring water.

Welcome to a great wide open desert retreat. Do as you please! No one is going to bother you. Let the animals loose, roll out the off road vehicles, ride bikes, and build a fire and enjoy that peaceful good outdoor life.
The old Spanish trail can be found nearby for hiking and/or biking and there are mountains and cool wildlife all around in the valley. The stars all pop completely present with no light pollution to spoil them.
Additionally, Southern Utah has so many other trails and beautiful places all over in almost any direction. Zion National Park is only a little over an hour drive away down I-15. I highly recommend Kanarraville Falls as well, as it's at most only 30 minutes away.
*** Getting to the property:
It is directly off of the "main" road which consists of a well kept wide dirt road. The GPS location will guide you straight there to an intersecting road with a stop sign called 1200 E which runs south the "main" road/4800 N/AKA Antelope Springs Rd. At this intersection, there is a trail running north marked with an orange post for fiber cable. That trail and road marks the bottom left corner of the property if you're facing north. Follow the trail and find your way anywhere on the right side, there are already some campsites made up, but you are also welcome to make your own to your hearts desire. Be mindful of your vehicle, cars can drive the trail but there is always a risk of getting stuck. You can also park on the main road as you are already at the property anyway and can just walk in a little ways to set up your camp.
**It's important to be aware of any fire warnings for Iron County, Utah. Do a Google search for fire threats and it should be the first thing you see. Most of the time, large bonfires will be highly discouraged. Use good judgment when building a fire of any size.
*Cedar City is a straight shot East if you need any medical attention.

You will be about 3 miles from 3 Peaks Recreation and biking area.
There are biking trails near the property that you can hop right on. Lund Trail and Three Peaks are both really close.
We are 15 minutes from Wal-mart, Panda, Cafe Rio and other businesses.
Near Brian Head Ski Resort, Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, Cedar Breaks National Monument, and other great outdoor activities.
The property has a gentle slope of about 7 feet down to the east over about 200 feet. It is rocky and sandy desert. You will want to bring water.

Welcome to a great wide open desert retreat. Do as you please! No one is going to bother you. Let the animals loose, roll out the off road vehicles, ride bikes, and build a fire and enjoy that peaceful good outdoor life.
The old Spanish trail can be found nearby for hiking and/or biking and there are mountains and cool wildlife all around in the valley. The stars all pop completely present with no light pollution to spoil them.
Additionally, Southern Utah has so many other trails and beautiful places all over in almost any direction. Zion National Park is only a little over an hour drive away down I-15. I highly recommend Kanarraville Falls as well, as it's at most only 30 minutes away.
*** Getting to the property:
It is directly off of the "main" road which consists of a well kept wide dirt road. The GPS location will guide you straight there to an intersecting road with a stop sign called 1200 E which runs south the "main" road/4800 N/AKA Antelope Springs Rd. At this intersection, there is a trail running north marked with an orange post for fiber cable. That trail and road marks the bottom left corner of the property if you're facing north. Follow the trail and find your way anywhere on the right side, there are already some campsites made up, but you are also welcome to make your own to your hearts desire. Be mindful of your vehicle, cars can drive the trail but there is always a risk of getting stuck. You can also park on the main road as you are already at the property anyway and can just walk in a little ways to set up your camp.
**It's important to be aware of any fire warnings for Iron County, Utah. Do a Google search for fire threats and it should be the first thing you see. Most of the time, large bonfires will be highly discouraged. Use good judgment when building a fire of any size.
*Cedar City is a straight shot East if you need any medical attention.

Such an amazing location! What a gem! It felt safe to be there with my kids, my dog had TONS of space to run around, and there was so much room for other campers we felt almost alone. We loved the secluded set up of each camp site. The solar lights & walking paths were such a nice touch. Honestly this site was the best tent site I’ve been to. Will absolutely camp here again next Zion visit. It is about a 50 minute drive to the park which we really enjoyed not being in close camping quarters with others. The scenery is beautiful with other hiking trails within a 5 minute walk from the camp site. I can’t recommend this place enough for people looking for quiet tent camping with beautiful views.
