Cute campsite, had a couple fire pits scattered around, 1 portapotty was full, but there was a second on property that had been clean out pretty recent, just explore around! Would definitely go back!

Everything was as advertised. We were able to find a level shady spot to park our two vehicles and trailers. The swing was a treat for the kids and the portapotty was satisfactory (could use some service, but it didn’t stink). We enjoyed checking out Pine Lake. Water was available about 10 minutes away at Pine Lake Campground, so we filled our water jugs there.

Tim is extremely welcoming, and has a great set up for Hip Camp. If you are ever in the Bryce Canyon area - we highly recommend staying at this site. It was close to the park, but also featured bike and walking trails right off of the camp to explore when back at our camper. Thank you so much for being so kind and accommodating - - you helped make our trip to the Mighty 5 memorable!

Very Peaceful stay & AMAZING views. Because of this we took a day to just rest and enjoy the peacefulness and views. We had friendly beautiful horses behind us and Hosts were very accommodating. The WiFi didn't work maybe because it didn't reach on top of the hill where the RVs park. I didn't complain because my T-Mobile service worked most of the time and I was there to "Not" work. Note** the trails are not walking trails they are for OHVs but the camp grounds are still peaceful to walk.

Nicole was such an amazing host! We felt so safe and comfortable at this site. There’s so much to do just at the site alone but it is so close to zion and bryce canyon. The site had so many amenities as well. i would absolutely recommend this for everyone of all ages.

Great campsites right by the river. They have showers, bathrooms were clean, water at every campsite, good location between Bryce and Zion, hosts were really nice, loved staying there. Everything I would hope for! Totally recommended.

We loved this spot! Quiet and nestled in the pines, and easy driving distance into Bryce Canyon City. The site has picnic tables, trash barrel, fire ring and porta potty, which was clean. Thanks for sharing your beautiful space, Tim!

Sally was so welcoming and helpful. The location was stunning with a wonderful view and blissful solitude. I wondered around and explored the area and found some flowering cactus. 10/10 would recommend.

If you like a challenging drive to the campsite, then this is for you. The last uphill stretch might be difficult if in muddy conditions. The wind chime seemed to have kept all animals and birds away. There was fire that ravaged the mountain on one side of the site. Didn’t stay the night due to the wind chime constantly making noise.

This was a very nice place to stay. It is between Zion and Bryce National Parks and we went to both while staying there. We had a spot next to the creek and because it was early May had the place pretty much to our selves. It was quiet, peaceful, and the manager were always willing to help with any requests we made. The views were wonderful and we would and will stay again when we come back.

After so much camping in the desert, this haven by the river was a beautiful change in scenery. The host was very welcoming, the showers were hot, and it was wonderful to wake up to meadowlarks after a quiet night
