We are surrounded by large ranches which makes for a great outdoor get away from it all experience!There are 40 Luxury Glamping Cabins in total, #’s: 1-16 come with:1 queen sized bed with foam mattress, 1 twin day bed with an additional twin mattress stored below. They also feature a kitchenette with mini fridge, coffee maker, hot plate with pots and pans and blender. We do not provide silverware and dinnerware, so be sure to bring these. Linens and towels are provided in our Luxury Glamping Cabins. For inside entertainment and relaxation, Guests will find a TV and DVD player. Outdoor amenities include: comfortable wicker seating, hammocks, fire-pits, BBQ pits, picnic table, outdoor lighting, water and electricity.We also have 24 Luxury Glamping Cabins #’s A – Z which are similar in every way but have 2 queen beds instead of the daybed. Son's Blue River Camp has it all!Son's River Ranch is only 2 miles up the river and is our tubing put in location. During the warmer months we have shuttle vans and buses taking gusts upriver to enjoy a nice float back down to Son's Blue River Camp. The trip takes around 2 hours to tube and is very enjoyable!The property is only 30 miles from all the exciting attractions of New Braunfels and Gruene including: Schlitterbahn Water Park, Gruene Dance Hall, Son’s Island and much more. The exciting town of San Marcos with its great restaurants, shopping and night life is only 16 miles away. San Antonio is an approximate 50-minute drive and Downtown Austin is only a quick 30 minutes driving down the new 85 MPH I-130.
