Located at the end of the road. There is over 20 acres. Some cleared and some still in original woods. Trees, grass and deer everywhere. There is over a quarter mile of Brazos riverfront property although you cannot get to the river on all of it due to it being in its natural state. There is a beach at the main camp that provides easy in and out of the water. the water depth varies with the rainfall but is usually between 2-4 feet deep.

We have found some rare fossils in size right here on our property and continue to look for more. Jesse James and his brother have a historical marker not far from our place where they had a campground. The bank where Bonnie and Clyde attempted to rob is located here in Ponder.Learn more about this land:We have a private cabin on the back of a 10 acre ranch with Fainting goats, chickens and horses to enjoy with great views across the prairie. Fossils from the past and antiques decorate our cabin so come and relax under the stars yet 20 minutes away from outlet mall by the Texas Motor Speedway, 20 minutes to historic Denton Square, and multiple eating and shopping options.
