Trickle Creek Ranch

Trickle Creek Ranch was once a dairy, we purchased it 15 years ago and it has become a hobby ranch. We are also collector's of vintage RV's and currently have various vintage trailers and motorhomes on the property. There are horses and longhorn cattle that roam the 12 acres. We have added RV spaces to share the ranch experience with others. Be sure to visit the hey shed where you can visit with animals up close and feed them. Eagle Mountain Lake is only 2 miles away and there is plenty of shopping and restaurants within 10 minutes. We do have some full time residents as well.

Fuller's Folly River Ranch

Sundancer On The Brazos sits on Comanche Creek in an isolated forest

on a 350 acre working cattle ranch with a quarter mile of river frontage!

The Comanche were quite active up and down this part of the Brazos when the earliest settlers arrived around 1850, until the Comanches' eventual conquest by the Texas Rangers and their Colt pistols around 1870; we have found lots of flint and some arrowheads on high places here. Going further back in history, the Fuller's Folly River Ranch has an abundance of petrified wood, they say that if you have fossilized sea shells you were under water, but if you have petrified wood you had land creatures. Hunting for petrified wood is a fun adventure here. (But leave them for the next person to discover!)

Weatherford is only 10 minutes away and

Granbury is only 20 minutes away; both have great restaurants. And this close to Fort Worth (30min), you could actually commute and have a ranch to come home to at night--note the lower pricing mid week.

Pull-Through Full Hook Up

All of our sites are full hook-up with sewer, water & electricity, 15/30/50 amp. We have plenty of shaded sites. We offer free basic wifi, a store with a variety of grocery items, RV parts, ice cream & bagged ice. We also have storage units onsite, a relaxing pool, propane filling station, laundromat, restrooms & showers, playground, & dog walk.

Cyndarosa Estate, wooded

5 acres of mostly wooded area, rural farming area with cows, horses, sheep and goats in viewing area. Rodeo’s  5 times a year. March 19 2022 first rodeo of the year in the neighborhood within walking distance around the corner. Extra fee required for Rodeo.

Full hookup RV sites (and a guest house coming soon) on a small North Texas homestead farm, close enough to town to be convenient but far enough to enjoy a quiet country atmosphere. Daytime access to a full bathroom with large shower, and even laundry on site. Farm fresh eggs and veggies often available during the season. We are a homestead farm that offers campsites in your RV, NOT an RV park. We offer a peaceful place to unplug without lots of neighbors.
