The only thing you can't do is swim. (Sorry.) That said, there's plenty of luck to be had on the 1,620-foot fishing pier. A boat launch and kayak/canoe launch are also available. Remember to bring your own boat! No stay is complete without visiting the main attraction—a 1,000-year-old oak lovingly dubbed The Big Tree. (Don't worry, it's still standing strong in the wake of Hurricane Harvey.) We primarily cater to month to month guests working in the area so there's not a ton of activities around, but my wife and I are full-time RV'ers so we are hosts as a way to give back to our awesome community. We are located super close to Magnolia Beach though where there is free beach camping for 14 nights! Pets are allowed. Please make sure you pick up after them. We offer discounted rates to HipCampers at $25/night (usually $30) and $150/week (usually $175). We also now have golf carts available for rent!!

We had a great time at Titus’ waterfront lot! The setting is great (right on Copano Bay) and the utilities are all in place for a super simple and relaxing time. The check in instructions were very clear and Titus was a great communicator. I would recommend booking this private waterfront lot and we would certainly consider coming back.

This was an amazing place - secluded, peaceful, and beautiful. I fed the turtles and fish in the creek a few yards away. Skull Tree was magical. I had to leave early for a personal emergency, but I'll definitely return. Hope you get to enjoy it!

Weekend Trip to Dead End Creek

We had a great time! Lots of space at Coyote Corner for a large group and Skull Tree is a pretty cool more intimate spot with a lot of shade. There was a nice peaceful spot to sit overlooking the creek. Outhouse was solid and had a solid toilet to sit on, very clean. It was nice seeing the cows up close and our dogs had a blast out there. Alana was a five star host and went above and beyond to take care of our needs. We look forward to booking there again soon.

We were pleased with our weekend stay. The neighbors are close but not a bother to us, in fact we only had seen them out on one occasion. We loved the convenience of having everything close by to us. The owner was available to answer some quick questions we had and that’s always a plus in our book! All hookups work well. We will stay here again in the future. I give this little spot a 4 out of 5 stars!

Was a great experience at the skull tree. Loved how many butterflies were around and the creek was nearby. Such a secluded site which id exactly what I wanted. The outhouse was also very convenient. Only issue I had was some noisy neighbors at the coyote corner that were playing loud music until 2ish in the morning.

John was an amazing host. This is just what we were looking for, a quick 5 min drive to the beach, no sand in the travel trailer, and access to a pool. Just a heads up, the connection for the electric is in the garage and the sewer hook up and water are on the entry side to the rear of the trailer which was no problem for us,. we have a 22’ RPod 192. Our 20’ sewer, 25” fresh water hose and 25” electrical cord was just perfect in reaching the connections, just be aware that you may need longer accessories if your trailer is larger than ours. I highly recommend John’s spot.

2 nights at Sunny Days Farm and Ranch

I dry camped at a ranch among cows facing a good size pond. It was amazing ! Cows run free at this private ranch and surrounding my campsite, no fresh dung on the grass (dry ones here and there), no flies and no farm smell. A gentle wind at a good flat grassy area, look out for the Texas fire ants, bring pecaridin sprayed long socks. Your amazing host Jennifer will greet you. I met the nicest host ever! In the evening she invited me to feed the animals: beautiful highland cows from Scotland, goats, alpacas and so many other animals. I enjoyed my visit very much. Thank you so much. I recommend this place ! There is a small air field nearby - I watched a biplane practice touch and go. I will return here and read and do crafts for a couple of nights. I did see someone on a kayak.

Weekend Trip to On The Beach RV Park

We enjoyed our stay very much at On The Beach, The folks who ran it were very friendly and the park was very well kept. The beach was terrific, clean and not too crowded. We look forward to our next stay with them very much!

We booked this site at the last minute, so we're very thankful that it was available. We absolutely loved having our own quiet campsite right on the water! Our teenage son fished for hours; he loved night fishing the best. We had a few questions and messaged Titus, he was swift to respond. We will definitely be booking again in the future.
