Pets are welcome! We are close to Magnolia Beach, Port Lavaca business district, and Indianola. When you feel the gulf breezes, you know you've made it to Goose Island. Nestled near St. Charles and Aransas Bays, this Texas state park is all about the water. We're talking boating, kayaking, fishing, and birdwatching along the coast. The only thing you can't do is swim. (Sorry.) That said, there's plenty of luck to be had on the 1,620-foot fishing pier. A boat launch and kayak/canoe launch are also available. Remember to bring your own boat! No stay is complete without visiting the main attraction—a 1,000-year-old oak lovingly dubbed The Big Tree. (Don't worry, it's still standing strong in the wake of Hurricane Harvey.) We primarily cater to month to month guests working in the area so there's not a ton of activities around, but my wife and I are full-time RV'ers so we are hosts as a way to give back to our awesome community. We are located super close to Magnolia Beach though where there is free beach camping for 14 nights! Pets are allowed. Please make sure you pick up after them. We offer discounted rates to HipCampers at $25/night (usually $30) and $150/week (usually $175). We also now have golf carts available for rent!!

We had a great time at Titus’ waterfront lot! The setting is great (right on Copano Bay) and the utilities are all in place for a super simple and relaxing time. The check in instructions were very clear and Titus was a great communicator. I would recommend booking this private waterfront lot and we would certainly consider coming back.

John was an amazing host. This is just what we were looking for, a quick 5 min drive to the beach, no sand in the travel trailer, and access to a pool. Just a heads up, the connection for the electric is in the garage and the sewer hook up and water are on the entry side to the rear of the trailer which was no problem for us,. we have a 22’ RPod 192. Our 20’ sewer, 25” fresh water hose and 25” electrical cord was just perfect in reaching the connections, just be aware that you may need longer accessories if your trailer is larger than ours. I highly recommend John’s spot.

From walking on the beach to Kayaking the channel, we also really loved swimming in your pool every evening until dark to watch the stars. Honestly your beautiful place had it all! Thank you for the recommendations for the best fishing spots. The locals always know the best places… The neighborhood is really nice. Next time we will bring our bikes. Spot has epic sunsets, peaceful and quiet, and some curious ducks. We have a 31 ft bumper-pull, and we were able to swing it in, but a shorter rig or a fifth wheel (or a better driver than me) might be able to align better. It's in a neighborhood but still feels private.

Thank you John for a wonderful fun stay. We parked our camper and enjoyed the backyard with pool, hot tub, fishing on the canal, sunset/views deck, grilling - lots of sitting areas. It was a beautiful two nights stay. Kayaking will have to do next time we just ran out of time lol. Beach very close. Our hoses did not reach to dump camper but no big deal we dumped at the state park nearby. So full hookup. We will visit again. Don’t know about WiFi did not need it. Enjoy I highly recommend specially the price.
