Lake is full of Blue gill, bass, crappie, catfish. Since it's private lake there is no need for fishing license. Guest are welcome to explore most of acreage, pet donkeys, watch wildlife. We have fishing poles, Jon boats, motorized barge available for rent. There is fire pit, gas grill (please don’t put charcoal in it) , diving board (when lake is full, ask or check if ok to use). No food is provided you must bring your own, don't forget your coffee, there is a coffee pot but not coffee. No toiletries are provided. Site is 10 minutes from Stephenville, 3 miles from County Store in Huckabay. Linens, towels provided. Board games are available if requested, Wii, ping-pong table, outdoor games, trampoline on site. Land owners located across lake and may be on lake or available as needed. GPS should get you here. You will go past Little Off Ranch house, follow road to lake house. Keys will be left out on porch on arrival day. Wi-Fi is now available but no cable television. TV is available to use for Wii or DVD/VHS. Large collection of movies available. Pets are welcome as long as they don’t damage home, chase cows, kill chickens or are dangerous to others. There is an extra fee for pets. If children are in, on or near water they should have life jackets on. Use best judgment, safety measures and laws required in TX. NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS.
