Fantastic getaway location from Dallas! Both of my young kids had a great time. Jeff was very kind and helpful. We loved exploring the property, using the boat, petting the goats, roasting marshmallows and watching the sun set and the stars come out. Strongly recommend!

3 nights at 3 Lazy G Ranch TX RV & Horse Farm

Both RV sites are excellent. The property is secluded, private and well cared for. The hosts, Shari and Walter, are awesome. The sites are easy to access with big rigs and offer full hookups plus WiFi. Everything worked perfectly and I had ZERO issues. If you are looking to stay in the Rhome or Decatur area, this is the absolute best place.

2 nights at The PARK at Brushy Creek

We just took a camping trip at the Oak View tent at The Park, bushy creek during our daughters spring break. Unfortunately it was super windy the entire time we were there, but we still had a blast. The tent is super well kept, decore is great and air mattresses were great. The location is perfect in that it is far enough to get a good drive going from Dallas, but still within 10 minutes of a store. We definitely plan on going back in the future!

Weekend Trip to Glamp like a Champ

We absolutely loved everything about staying here! Jeff was a wonderful host!! He was so nice and helpful but not invasive at all!! He has thought of so many things big and small to help make your stay more enjoyable!! There is Heating/ AC, Wi-Fi, indoor sink to wash hands and brush teeth, outdoor shower, hammocks, a canoe and so much more..the grass is even green and beautiful all around the campsite. We are already telling all our friends about this place !!!!

1 night at The PARK at Brushy Creek

We had a fantastic experience!! Beautiful land, adorable animals and tent. We had a great time walking down to the creek, and feeding the pigs!! The goats were so fun to see. The tent was very clean and had all of the amenities pictured (even the S'mores bucket!!). I will absolutely be coming back here to stay. Thank you for everything!

Weekend Trip to Hopz n Skootz: Camping & Fishing

Excellent host with great communication! The pond was so peaceful and pretty. Easy to get to. Close to metroplex, but you feel like you’re hours away because of how quiet it is. Great accommodations with a bathroom available near the campsite, a little goody bag, firewood with a starter log and much more. Book now! You won’t be disappointed. We can’t wait to go back!

4 nights at A Little Piece of Paradise

This little slice of heaven was fantastic! The tub and the shower were an out-of-body experience. The kitchen was well stocked and everything worked! We enjoyed daily walks around the acreage, including the pier over the pond with the glass bottom and the sweet ponies who loved pets. The floor in the cabin was astounding. Many various materials and colors are beautifully patchworked around the entire cabin. It does make it inaccessible for people with mobility issues (but there aren’t any accessible entrances to the cabin either). Gilberto responded quickly and worked hard to make the space very welcoming. We will definitely be back and have already suggested it to several friends.

3 nights at Glamp like a Champ

Once again Jeff you did it again! Me and my girlfriend friend brought our dog to hang out at the camp grounds and we had a great time. We booked before in the past and we were pleasantly surprised to see not only the updates made to the accommodations but also the same 5 star guest experience that made us book last time. With our visit being in the 20 degrees weather, Jeff made sure the propane tanks were ready, the firewood was on stand by and we had enough blankets and heaters. And honestly me and my girlfriend at times we too hot, which is no complaints what so ever. Really enjoyed staying Jeff, and will definitely be visiting again...again!😁

First time glamping and we will be back for sure. The whole place is amazing. Everything is thoughtfully stocked and decorated. Saw and heard tons of wildlife, all while staying warm inside the huge tent at night. Jeff is a great host and the baby goats were the icing on the cake!

Perhaps it was because I was the only one adventurous (read as dumb) enough to go camping in winter, but I had this entire property to myself and it was nice! Took a stroll down the creek, fed some pigs and goats, listened to the coyotes at night (it’s the countryside.) Steffenie was nice, and had things available that I wasn’t expecting, like some fire pits and extra wood to burn, a nice loft couch to chill on, and even a port-a-potty, should emergency arise or one come unprepared (I was prepared, but nice to know about backups). The property was nice and clean, and nothing bothered me at all.

This site is nothing short of peaceful and welcoming. We had an amazing time. From the moment we showed up Jeffery was welcoming and helpful. His property is well maintained and has quite a few friendly animals. This place is big time dog friendly. We loved cooking outside for all of our meals. And really enjoyed showering under the stars. 10/10 I will be coming back !

My wife and I had an awesome little experience out here in the Glamp like a Champ tent. It was very laid back with a nice fire. We came when it was super cold 33-40°. The tent and heaters handled the cold just fine. Everything was as described. We also got the spicy pickles and they were great! It's definitely a nice spot for 2 people and will likely be back in the future.

We're situated just outside Trenton on 55 acres of gently sloping terrain featuring a wide creek and expansive grounds beyond the Big Oak, perfect for exploration. Our property is evolving as we create manicured groves and open pastures for both our farm animals and guests. During rainy spells, expect some mud and occasional sightings of heavy equipment or tractors. Our livestock rotate between our two properties, so they may not always be here at The PARK at Brushy Creek. If you don't see them here, you're welcome to visit our other property across the road with the big green gate. Currently, there is no electricity or Wi-Fi on the property. Lighting is provided by solar power or batteries. Tent sites have access to a water spigot, and there's a Port-o-let nearby. This is rural country living; our neighbors' livestock and dogs may make sounds like bleating, barking, oinking, mooing, neighing, squealing, whinnying, braying, or whining at any time of day or night. We are conveniently located one hour north of Dallas Fort Worth, just 30 minutes from McKinney, Sherman, or Greenville, and within 10 miles of Leonard, Whitewright, and Bonham. Trenton is only five miles away. Several lakes are nearby including Lake Bonham, Lake Texoma, and the new Bois' d Arc Lake.
