I spent 3 nights in the cozy cacti container with my dog and can't wait to return again. The cabin provides all of the comforts of home and the land surrounding the container home is absolutely gorgeous. The front porch is a perfect spot for bird watching and its an easy hike down to the water. If I were to create my own ideal getaway cabin, it would be just like this place. Its perfect!

They thought of everything we might need and more. The bathtub on the front porch was a super fun addition and I can’t wait to book another stay here!

We stayed at a campsite with electric RV hookups and had a fantastic experience! The site was well-maintained, peaceful, and had great access to the beautiful Llano River—perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. It was the ideal spot for our first RV trip. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a scenic and convenient camping location!

This cabin was definitely cozy, but it fit our needs for a weekend away. The kitchen was good for making breakfast tacos, and the bed was very comfortable. The soaking tub was a great way to relax during the day. I’d definitely recommend it to any couples looking for a retreat.

2 nights at 500 Waves on the Llano River

500 Waves was perfect for a peaceful getaway. It offered convenient amenities like shade, a stargazing deck, a charming bathroom, outdoor lights/plugs for easy cooking, and a gas grill with provided tables and chairs. The owner's parked RV was unobtrusive, and we had ample space. Although the Llano River was low during our visit, its potential was clear. The location is ideal – a short drive from town and close to other river access points and the Castell General Store. The nearest river crossing is a quick walk. We loved it and eagerly anticipate returning to experience the river at its best. It's a truly special spot!

We loved our stay!! The Container was clean, super comfortable, quiet, and well appointed.. There was deer in the yard every morning and evening, and huge owl hung out in the tree next to the fire pit. Jeremy was super easy to work with and responsive to all our questions. There is a lot to do in the surrounding areas (which he will fill you in on with a very detailed list) and we were only able to scratch the surface in our 3 days there! Even our dog loved his time there! We would definitely recommend a stay here!
