Weekend Trip to Republic Of Texas Campground

The entire site was extremely clean. All of the hookups were easily accessible. The pull through sites were all leveled with packed caliche which made it very easy to park and level the trailer. The on site hosts are so nice. Overall we would definitely recommend staying here. The only thing people should be aware of is if you have dogs with longer hair on their feet or tail the grass burs, not stickers, will be an issue if you walk them in the grass. Bring a comb.

(Request power upon booking) If you like a little more action in your campouts we do occasional music events on site. Ask about those dates when booking. We have a water hose for potable water on property and an open air private outhouse in the trees. We have a strict trash Pack in/pack out all trash and pet waste policy. Leave sites better then you found them and don't cut down anything that is growing. No burn bans if you use the rocked pits and put the fire out before you leave/sleep.
