Our property features a shared, covered outdoor patio with a games court for corn hole, checkers, and bocce (checkers, boards and balls provided), gas fire pit, and a gas grill for those cooler nights. The patio is lighted with cafe lights. One of the RV slips is covered, while the other is nestled under a charming burr oak tree. On-site, we also offer a rental cabin. The covered RV slip is equipped with 30 and 50 amps, the other hookup is 50 amp, both have their own water and clean out connections. Both RV slips are on grass/dirt, and the entrance/exit is grass and dirt. *****IF IT RAINS heavily while you are here, please use the paved driveway to exit the property as you may get stuck in the grass at the big double gate.***** Our property uses rain water recapture. Please conserve water when you can when cooking, washing up and cleaning. No washing of cars or RVs is allowed. Please note that there might be other guests staying on the property during your visit. Kindly be considerate of noise levels and how it may impact the experience of fellow guests. You may also be sharing amenities such as the grill, deck, outdoor kitchen, and games court. French Connection Wines is right next door and the renowned William Chris Vineyards is just 1 mile away. Not to be missed is the Garrison Brother's Bourbon Distillery, less than a mile down the street – you could even walk to all three! Our property features a shared, covered outdoor patio with a games court for corn hole, checkers, and bocce (checkers, boards and balls provided), gas fire pit, and a gas grill for those cooler nights. The patio is lighted with cafe lights. One of the RV slips is covered, while the other is nestled under a charming burr oak tree. On-site, we also offer a rental cabin. The covered RV slip is equipped with 30 and 50 amps, the other hookup is 50 amp, both have their own water and clean out connections. Both RV slips are on grass/dirt, and the entrance/exit is grass and dirt. *****IF IT RAINS heavily while you are here, please use the paved driveway to exit the property as you may get stuck in the grass at the big double gate.***** Our property uses rain water recapture. Please conserve water when you can when cooking, washing up and cleaning. No washing of cars or RVs is allowed. Please note that there might be other guests staying on the property during your visit. Kindly be considerate of noise levels and how it may impact the experience of fellow guests. You may also be sharing amenities such as the grill, deck, outdoor kitchen, and games court. Amy’s ranch was exactly what I needed to rest and recharge. My dog and I came out together and had a wonderful time at Tent Site C. The bathrooms and showers were clean and well kept, the community kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need. I forgot to pack a coffee cup and was able to use one in the kitchen! The site itself was perfect. Very well kept and accessible. My camping neighbors were quiet and the goats on the land were a fun surprise. The weather was perfect and the sky views in the morning and at night were so stunning. I really have no critiques, and will definitely be staying at the campgrounds again.

Weekend Trip to White House Winery/Brewery
Great location inside the gates of White House Winery/ Brewery. The camping spot is on the east side of the property with the tasting room on one side, a pasture with cows behind and grape vines to the east. The water and electric hook up worked great for our camper. There is a public restroom a few yards away that was available to us even after the winery closed which was convenient. After hours we had the outdoor areas to ourself but we mostly stayed in campsite area. Brandon, the owner, was very kind and helpful. We dont drink much but we did do a wine tasting and sampled a few of the beers which my husband really loved. I bought a chilled bottle of rose' to enjoy later. The location was great with easy access to Johnson City where there is an Ace Hardware and restaurants as well as a longer drive to Fredericksburg which is an amazing German Texas town with all you might need including a WalMart if you forgot a prescription or need camping supplies. Of course winery are abundant. We will be back.

Surrounded by hill country nature. On a lovely lil creek . Listen to the Grape Creek critters where the coyotes sing you to sleep ! This is a perfect for a kicked back getaway. It's a working ranch so you'll hear Bossy cow and the gang casually chatting. As they're chewing the cud. Equipped with a comfortable seating area . An outdoor shower , water and electric. Catch and release fishing. Tons of birds and a gaggle of turkeys across the way. A friendly host with a welcoming smile . A grill , fire ring , tons of shade and couple of turtles for neighbors. We were at site 1 . I would advise a canoe or kayak for fishing as the water lillies are thick . Our stay was completely enjoyable and we look forward to the next visit !

We enjoyed the quietness and the ability to see the stars at night. This a great spot for those looking to enjoy their wine tasing experience as this is in the heart of all the wineries. Bonus point for the less than a mile proximity to Garrison Brothers. Take note that the water hookup is about 10- 15 yards behind the spot towards the right side. Luckily we had two hoses to connect.

Come live The Hye Life! Welcome to our property located in Hye, at the beginning of the Texas Wine Trail. French Connection Wines is right next door and the renowned William Chris Vineyards is just 1 mile away. Not to be missed is the Garrison Brother's Bourbon Distillery, less than a mile down the street – you could even walk to all three! Our property features a shared, covered outdoor patio with a games court for corn hole, checkers, and bocce (checkers, boards and balls provided), gas fire pit, and a gas grill for those cooler nights. The patio is lighted with cafe lights. One of the RV slips is covered, while the other is nestled under a charming burr oak tree. On-site, we also offer a rental cabin. The covered RV slip is equipped with 30 and 50 amps, the other hookup is 50 amp, both have their own water and clean out connections. Both RV slips are on grass/dirt, and the entrance/exit is grass and dirt. *****IF IT RAINS heavily while you are here, please use the paved driveway to exit the property as you may get stuck in the grass at the big double gate.***** Our property uses rain water recapture. Please conserve water when you can when cooking, washing up and cleaning. No washing of cars or RVs is allowed. Please note that there might be other guests staying on the property during your visit. Kindly be considerate of noise levels and how it may impact the experience of fellow guests. You may also be sharing amenities such as the grill, deck, outdoor kitchen, and games court. We welcome dogs, but it is your responsibility to manage their interactions with other guests' pets. Due to potential gaps or larger openings in the fencing, we recommend keeping your dog on a leash. The owners live on the far side of the property. The site has a 50 amps plug, sewer hookup and water. It is close to Lampassas, which has an HEB, 12 minutes and close to the Lampassas River. Amazing opportunity to stay near Lake Travis in an amazing quiet neighborhood. This RV space is located in Leander, TX and includes high speed internet, water, electricity, septic (full hook ups) and even space to have your own garden (if you wish). All utilities are included including trash service so we can assure the space stays clean. This neighborhood is very peaceful but also just 10 mins from the local HEB grocery store, Starbucks, fast food, local cafe's and amenities. 30 minutes drive from Austin Texas and the downtown day/night life. People who live here, don't usually leave or move because they love it so much. It's a niche neighborhood full of friendly folks. This area also welcomes golf carts or ATV's to get around. This RV space is outside of city limits and we don't have city regulations which makes for a very relaxing environment. The RV space is big enough to park up a 30-50 feet camper comfortably. Must be a long term tenant (6+months) to enjoy lake access. The peaceful neighborhood and lake fun make this space a one of a kind. The home on the property is completely secluded and fenced off (photos don't reflect new fencing installed). Space is available May 19, 2024 Notes: Long Term (6+months) Non-aggressive pets welcome (breed & weight restrictions apply) Shot records required. We are in a great location in a quiet area of town minutes away from the lake, shopping, many attractions, restaurants, and so much more. We offer a great clubhouse with a dining area, living area with a TV to enjoy, full size kitchen ready to use, laundry room and a shower/bathroom. We have a pool table for your use. We have a large BBQ pavilion with 4 tables for your use also. We have a lot of trees planted and more to come to provide more shade. We know how the hot Texas weather can be. THE NOBLE CABINS AND LAKE HOUSE are located at 200 Noble Street in Kingsland. They are located on Lake LBJ. We have six 1 bedroom cabins and then a 2 bedroom with loft lake house. There is 2 docks to swim, fish, or just to relax on. One of the docks has underwater fishing lights too. Come out and sit on the docks for your morning sunrise! The cabins are some of the last old fishing camps from the 1950's that have been remodeled. They are very up to date and come fully furnished. Very spacious and comfortable for a nice relaxing stay. The house is very spacious. So much room to spread out and not be cramped up. Large patio with a table and chairs, gas BBQ grill, very nice large round fire pit, boat ramp if you bring your boat, and fully equipped kitchen.
