Come stay on our 100 acre Richard Creek Valley getaway, gently tucked away on the north slope. There are four campsites on the property and they are all at least 150 yards away from each other. Each site is private. When the ground is dry there is access for all vehicles. When the ground is muddy, Brookside, RiverRock, and Richardson Creek campsites require a 4-wheel drive and have alternate routes to get to them. Ancient Oaks is an all-weather site. We had so much fun!! The location is great! It is so close to the riverwalk and downtown but feels so secluded! We love the deer, horses, and friendly donkey! The fireflies were awesome! I haven’t seen them like that since I was a kid. The airstream is rustic but cozy. We will be coming back!

Took my lady here for her birthday and she had a blast. The Daisy cabin is very nice and very clean, Barry's property is so pretty and he is an amazing host. I would definitely recommend this to anyone trying to have a unique experience and looking to get away from the stresses of life for little bit.

The cabin was very clean and well appointed. All of the basics including linens were provided. This is a large RV resort with an adult pool and a family pool, which is nice. It is directly across the street from dinosaur world, a walk-through dinosaur park with over 75 life-size dinosaur replicas. The state park allows you to view real dinosaur footprints, along with swimming, biking, hiking opportunities. Very close to Glen Rose for supplies. Fossil rim, a drive-through nature zoo, is minutes away. Definitely kid and family friendly RV park.

We love everything. The camper was small but cozy and got everything we needed. We were impressed by the bathe style, it was really cool and again it got everything we needed. The whole place was really clean and quiet. Really good for a weekend getaway. We enjoyed the bed truck for stargazing. The location is awesome, 15 mins from meridian state park which was also a nice place. Julia was so nice and responsive. She responded to my message quickly and answered all my questions.

I was welcomed by friendly goats and lil pig. Since, it was a thanksgiving day - I only saw three people in the area. Our tent was superb! Perfect spot for our camping but unfortunately we have to leave after 3 hours of stay coz my son has an anxiety attack. He just got tired from our previous camp (this is actually our second spot). I believe we need to come back here again soon and explore the area. The communication w the host was great. All the instructions were given clearly and the suggested trail to explore. We really need to come back here again soon.

First it is better looking in person. I loved the out building that we were able to use. There was indoor and outdoor shower which was nice. The cats stayed with us the entire time and escorted us around the property. I don’t really care for cats that much but those cats had me considering getting some. The camper had everything we needed. Thanks for the grill and checking to make sure we had clean towels. Beautiful place
