Come stay on our 100 acre Richard Creek Valley getaway, gently tucked away on the north slope. There are four campsites on the property and they are all at least 150 yards away from each other. Each site is private. When the ground is dry there is access for all vehicles. When the ground is muddy, Brookside, RiverRock, and Richardson Creek campsites require a 4-wheel drive and have alternate routes to get to them. Ancient Oaks is an all-weather site. Took my lady here for her birthday and she had a blast. The Daisy cabin is very nice and very clean, Barry's property is so pretty and he is an amazing host. I would definitely recommend this to anyone trying to have a unique experience and looking to get away from the stresses of life for little bit.

The cabin was very clean and well appointed. All of the basics including linens were provided. This is a large RV resort with an adult pool and a family pool, which is nice. It is directly across the street from dinosaur world, a walk-through dinosaur park with over 75 life-size dinosaur replicas. The state park allows you to view real dinosaur footprints, along with swimming, biking, hiking opportunities. Very close to Glen Rose for supplies. Fossil rim, a drive-through nature zoo, is minutes away. Definitely kid and family friendly RV park.

Beautiful setting with great views and fishing. Unfortunately a cold and windy front came through our second day so we hunkered down the majority of our stay. Host was very accommodating and attentive without being at all intrusive. Even took our 5 yr old around with us on his side by side to introduce us to his burros! We will definitely be back during warmer weather.

We love everything. The camper was small but cozy and got everything we needed. We were impressed by the bathe style, it was really cool and again it got everything we needed. The whole place was really clean and quiet. Really good for a weekend getaway. We enjoyed the bed truck for stargazing. The location is awesome, 15 mins from meridian state park which was also a nice place. Julia was so nice and responsive. She responded to my message quickly and answered all my questions.

I had a great time at the little off lake house with my dog. There was plenty of room for him to run and explore off leash. The lake and the boat were amazing too. Lots of privacy, but the host checked in on me to make sure I had everything I needed! The house itself did indeed have everything you could want. I was welcomed by friendly goats and lil pig. Since, it was a thanksgiving day - I only saw three people in the area. Our tent was superb! Perfect spot for our camping but unfortunately we have to leave after 3 hours of stay coz my son has an anxiety attack. He just got tired from our previous camp (this is actually our second spot). I believe we need to come back here again soon and explore the area. The communication w the host was great. All the instructions were given clearly and the suggested trail to explore. We really need to come back here again soon.
