Our land is private land that has been in the family for many decades. We have a variety of events that happen here, including two festivals, one in September and one in November, November, so you will notice there are stages and even a saloon here on site. We have all kinds of wildlife in the area including crows, a great horned owl, night herons, a mated pair of marsh hawks, roadrunners, coyotes, bobcats, skunks, armadillos, bunnies, a fox every now and then, and all kinds of birds flitting about.

Easy Like a Sunday Morning is nestled just outside the city limits of Granbury, Texas (approximately 3 miles from Granbury Historic square) @ a private residence just outside the city limits. New laundry facility down the road, dump station @ Thorp Springs RV park (20 dollars), Davids Grocery store and Dollar General, all only .03 miles away. This is not really a vacation destination but more a safe place to stay coming to town to explore all Granbury has to offer or a place to catch your breathe while traveling on the road.
Friends have enjoyed escaping here for years. I decided to share the zen. It's a bit rough around the edges but if the new venture succeeds it will only get better each time you visit. Patio with a view of Lake Granbury and surrounding valley of at least 3 counties.

Granbury Wine Walk and Winter Wine Walk in the Historic Granbury Square. Walking through the park and the square is just magical at Christmastime. Easy Like a Sunday Morning is nestled just outside the city limits of Granbury, Texas (approximately 3 miles from Granbury Historic square) @ a private residence just outside the city limits. New laundry facility down the road, dump station @ Thorp Springs RV park (20 dollars), Davids Grocery store and Dollar General, all only .03 miles away. This is not really a vacation destination but more a safe place to stay coming to town to explore all Granbury has to offer or a place to catch your breathe while traveling on the road.
Friends have enjoyed escaping here for years. I decided to share the zen. It's a bit rough around the edges but if the new venture succeeds it will only get better each time you visit. Patio with a view of Lake Granbury and surrounding valley of at least 3 counties.

We had a wonderful stay at Friends in RV Spaces, definitelyexcellent value for money. Even though we were travelling in a campervan without hookups, the site had everything we needed. The facilities were clean and well maintained, and the WiFi near the little red building was fast and reliable. After spending time in the big cities of Texas, it was such a refreshing change to relax in a peaceful, green space with dark night skies and true country quiet.
Sam greeted us on arrival and was very welcoming. He showed us around the farm and was interesting to chat with. If you’re looking for a safe, quiet, and friendly place to stay near Fort Worth, we’d highly recommend it.

I finally got Megan at their property management office and she was very nice and helpful, but I never received lot information or a gate code before we arrived. Really nice camping spots that's not too far from Fort Worth! We had such an amazing time the spot was perfect for stargazing and relaxing. There's not really any Internet service it was very spotty, but that's what makes it even better. It's nice to disconnect and enjoy the outdoors. The river is right at the camp spot easy access for kayak and paddle boards. Our dogs also loved this spot!

The boondocking sites are spaced far apart. There is a gate and Eddie keeps an eye on the property, so it feels very safe. It's only minutes to get to Mansfields downtown area. Rod was responsive with communication. I'm planning to stay here again.
FYI - they have sites with electricity and really good shade. I just chose to boondock.

The camp grounds are very nice and fairly well thought out. A little difficult to know where to go but once you figure out the layout it's a little easier. I love that it was just a short walk from most of the campsites to the restrooms. A little more info about what to expect and also where the showers were located would help. Showers were fair except the wooden backsplash was kinda gross. Oh well. I'm just glad there were showers with hot water etc. Would def recommend and will def return

We were very close to the showers and the toilet. There was a large trashcan right at the campsite. Even though the hipcampers were relatively close to one another in proximity, the cedar grove of trees provided a lot of privacy, it was very peaceful and quiet the Sat night we stayed.
