We have bath house and laundry, small playground, and tent area. We are welcoming guests 24/7 as we also live here on property. We are located in lovely Silverton, Texas, about an hour away from Amarillo and Lubbock. Caprock Canyon State Park and Trailway has amazing scenery, only about 20 minutes away and Lake Mackenzie is a quick 12 minutes from the park.
All sites are pull-thru with full hook ups, electricity is included in the monthly rate. We have Wi-Fi, a bathhouse, a full-service laundry facility, plus good ole fashion hospitality. We live on site and are available to assist in any way we can.

Absolutely lovely and clean RV park. We made a last minute reservation and were able to pull in late, settle in, and slept uninterrupted for the entire night. Very quiet and safe location with clean and accessible bathrooms and showers.

I was so pleased to see this unique spot on our path to Austin from New Mexico. It was a little hard to find at night because there are no distinguishing features on the driveway and you can't see the address but it's a sweet funky little throwback to a great American pastime. A gypsy pastime. My 10 yr old was elated and. we had a lovely evening powering down and watching a dvd and reading about all the folks living this lifestyle. Reminded me of living on the road 30 years ago on our way out west

I would say it somewhat defeats the purpose that it's as expensive as a hotel stay but certainly more interesting and well worth it for the memories.
Also the bed mattress needs to be more firm. I don't mind memory foam but this is like coma foam. It's so squishy that it tacos in the middle. That's not the right choice for the public accommodations
Other than that, it's pretty cute inside and well appointed. I had an absurdly delicious coffee in the morning to send us On our way.

We stayed here for 6 nights on our way out west for the Winter. The owners of the campground are very friendly and welcoming. They accommodated our needs in every way. Our spot was really nice and level, with a cute fence to define our site. the campground is kept very clean and neat. the bathrooms were clean but the water was really not hot enough. The food truck they operate is right there on site, and was really nice considering it's literally the only place to eat in Silverton. Pet friendly (on leash) with plenty of open space to walk and play. Having the laundry facility on site was a huge plus for us. We enjoyed staying here and highly recommend!

I loved how clean the Bunk House was. Especially after a few days camping and driving from NY to TX. It was a relief. The owners are great people; friendly, and inviting. They also do food there, which, hands down, best wings. They even catered to our order from my wife and I of no bread since we're on a carnivore diet. The cleaning fee might seem higher than other places, but, you definitely get your money's worth. Wonderful place, and I would definitely recommend it. I hope this helps their business. These people definitely deserve it.

This is a very well kept rv park with cabins, a very nice laundry cabin, a clean shower and even a food truck with a pretty extensive menu. The tent camping area is a wide open area and worked well for my self contained set up. I would highly recommend as a stopover for Colorado-Texas Texas-Colorado travel. It was worth the short detour from the main routes.

We were only here for a short overnight stay, but our host was very accommodating. She allowed us to park in what was not a usual space for campers, so that we could have access to the playground table to reorganize the cargo in our truck. Short stay, but the location was quiet and we were impressed by the neat and clean bathrooms and laundry area. We would come again.
