My brother and I tent camped on Marie’s property. Great communication from Marie and the site was conveniently located close to restaurants in Amarillo and Canyon, as well as Palo Duro Canyon State Park. The availability of an extension cord from the garage for charging our phones was a nice plus.

Great spot for my quick overnight stay. Excellent for solo female travelers.
What makes Marie placed so great . It is her. Even after our very late arrival at night. She waited for us to guide us where to set camp and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Her placed is level and well kept It is inside of a gate community so it is very secure yet you will have plenty of place to set camp and have privacy

Marie has a great space! She is friendly and kind; we enjoyed visiting with her when we arrived. We also appreciated the late check out so we could have a few extra hours to explore the canyon. We would definitely recommend Marie’s space.
We loved the spot by Marie’s barndominium! It amazingly has full hookups (sewer, electric, fresh water). It’s located in a very interesting community a little ways from main part of Amarillo, along a small private airstrip! Amazing views of the prairies and distant city lights. Marie was very accommodating, she met us and showed around even though we were arriving super late due to a couple of truck related hiccups. Definitely will stop by again!!!

What an amazing and peaceful place. Marie was awesome too. She has tuned an airplane hanger into a fantastic modern home and provides an exceptional spot for traveling RVer’s. My dog loved chasing balls and walking to see the horses near her property. It was a very relaxing break from the road.

A beautiful spot! We were just passing through so only spent one night, but would have happily stayed for much longer! Marie is a wonderful host. She wasn’t home when we arrived but stayed on the phone to guide us in and made sure we had everything we needed. Full hookups, beautiful sunset and sunrise. What more could you ask for?!

I have to give Marie huge kudos for being kind and patient. I was dead exhausted from 12 hours on to road with a huge moving truck, camper, a dogs, 2 cats and 2 chickens. I totally messed up the directions. As she states, follow HER directions. We enjoyed the sleep and a beautiful morning. Lots of wide open spaces to turn around and set up.

The location was easy to get to and we received a warm welcome from the host. While our stay was brief we already plan on coming back. This will definitely be our go-to pit stop when passing through north central Texas.
Marie was an excellent host. Campsite was perfect and exactly as described. We had a wonderful night.

Very easy and very comfortable! We were only there 1 night but it was perfect. Highly recommend. Marie would answer immediately very fast when we had questions. There was another person with their 5th wheel and she was so nice! Very pretty land too nice breeze.
Beautiful, peaceful spot. We loved staying here. The sunset and stars at night are amazing. Marie was so kind and helpful. Thank you so much. A great nights sleep here in a beautiful spot.

Nice and quiet. Wonderful night skies. Marie was a great host - friendly and easy to get in touch with. I would stay there again.
Marie was great! Very responsive and her site was perfect. Easy to find, plenty of room, & full hook ups. The only downfall is that the grass is full of stickers & our city pup was not a fan 😃. Other than that we have zero complaints!

The my where super responsive and easy to get ahold of! Highly recommend for anyone wanting that homey yet camping feel!
Great overnight spot for a quiet, safe sleep. Did not have access to the electric but Marie let me know ahead of time. WiFi was not fast enough to work from but Starbucks was 15 minutes down the road.
Lovely little stop. Exactly as described. No trouble finding it. Got set up and had a pleasant night of rest. Would recommend. Thank you, Marie!

Quiet location and good communication with host. Stayed here overnight on our travels to Yellowstone. Took a bit to find after dark but the pictures of the property helped a lot. I would stay again.
Great over night stay in our camper. Very friendly host! Beautiful wide open space under a starry sky. Make sure to have a 50amp plug in or converter if you want to have power.

Hostess was very helpful meeting us at site and making sure we had all we needed. We were a quick visit after covering long miles and many more to go next day. Would have stayed longer to explore Palo Duro using site as home base, but schedule didn't permit this time. Will return!
