2 nights at Little Off Lake House

Little off Lake House was a sweet spot to get away for a couple of days with our sons. We were tucked away and had just about one of the best views a person could want and need to rest their minds for a bit. The fishing was fun, they're plentiful, and Kellie providing the option adding on the barge topped it off. We played ping pong, watched movies and enjoyed the deck. The house was clean, mowed around and the AC works great. I would definitely recommend this place to unwind Thank y'all to Kellie and family for sharing with us :).

Weekend Trip to Little Off Lake House

I stayed in the summer of 2023 and this visit the lake level was much higher. Me, my son, one of his friends, and his friend's dad went. We had a fun guys weekend with plenty of fishing. Like before, the place was clean, the A/C worked well, and we all look forward to visiting again.

It was a beautiful trip and campsite. Even more beautiful than shown in the pictures. The owner of the rentals was very kind and helpful. We will certainly return.

What an awesome spot. We had a great time relaxing and unplugging at this cabin. My kids enjoyed fishing and swimming since the lake was high. Made good use of the diving board! We will definitely be back. Kellie was a great host. Made sure we had all we needed and even brought a pole set up for catfish for our kids to try out. They landed a 15lb catfish on his rod. Great memories!

Weekend Trip to Little Off Lake House

We loved our time here! The property is beautiful and exactly as what is advertised. My 11yr old had a blast fishing, jumping on the trampoline and seeing the longhorns and donkeys. It was very relaxing for us adults. Kellie is very responsive and we had everything we needed plus some. We will definitely come back again.

We had a wonderful time getting back to nature! Fishing, hiking, kayaking, and swimming! We saw lots of wildlife and enjoyed the fresh air and all that God has to offer! The bathrooms were conveniently located and superbly clean! Even on a busy holiday weekend it didn't feel overcrowded! Definitely a must try for family campouts!

The camp hosts were super friendly and very responsive. We would return for their service alone. The Panorama spot was spacious and secluded.

The spot was really nice! There was a sink, toilet, and shower on sight, and a beautiful view. We had no issues while we were there. There’s no service out there so the free WiFi was super convenient. We also had a really sweet dog visit us which was an added bonus (not sure where he came from). We would definitely camp there again!

This place is the BEST!! We needed a night away from Dallas, and this was perfect! Clean, great AC even though we woke up to 55 degrees outside and a little chilly! The shower is AWESOME!! Definitely coming back!!

Weekend Trip to Lake Godstone™ Lodging and Camping

First and foremost, everything was beautiful. The land was well kept, peaceful, calm. Carol & Dom were absolutely pleasant to be around. They made sure we had everything we needed from the start of our trip to the end. I will definitely be back but with more people this time lol! I also noticed there were others camping with us on other areas but they were respectful and kind. We also did canoeing and paddle boating activities. At night, it was peaceful.

We had a great time here. The camp spot was great, level, spacious, bathroom, shower and firewood. Great views of the lake and everyone was very nice. We are going to come back here!

We stayed at panorama with a 20ft camper and we loved it. The dogs had a great time as they were able to run around and explore as well. The fishing was great considering the weather we had to deal with, (50+ mph wind gusts), but we still had a great time. Our hosts were awesome and accommodating. We definitely want to come back to do swimming and fishing when the water isn’t so cold!

Great campsite with lots of activities for a group trip! Our host did a great job greeting us and showing us around the property. The bathrooms and showers really surprised us with how nice they were. Lake is great to swim and fish in.

Lake is full of Blue gill, bass, crappie, catfish. Since it's private lake there is no need for fishing license. Guest are welcome to explore most of acreage, pet donkeys, watch wildlife. We have fishing poles, Jon boats, motorized barge available for rent. There is fire pit, gas grill (please don’t put charcoal in it) , diving board (when lake is full, ask or check if ok to use). No food is provided you must bring your own, don't forget your coffee, there is a coffee pot but not coffee. No toiletries are provided. Site is 10 minutes from Stephenville, 3 miles from County Store in Huckabay. Linens, towels provided. Board games, Wii, ping-pong table, outdoor games, trampoline on site. Land owners located across lake and may be on lake or available as needed. GPS should get you here. You will go past Little Off Ranch house, follow road to lake house. Keys will be left out on porch on arrival day. Wi-Fi is now available but no cable television. TV is available to use for Wii or DVD/VHS. Large collection of movies available.
