Welcome to Tiny Dreamer Homestead. If you are traveling through or just want to get away, we would love to host you! The land is mowed down, lush green with some trees in the middle and just all around beautiful. There are 4 gravel RV pads and gravel paths around the homestead as well as 6 large wildflower gardens. Right now there are no activities on the land. Just a place to stay if someone wants to camp or you can walk on the paths. If you have a golf cart, you can ride those on the property. I do own 31 chickens which are a delight and I sell farm fresh eggs. I also sell produce and handmade goods seasonally. I also rent my tiny house on wheels on Airbnb and there could be a guest staying at any given time. We just ask that you walk around the tiny house front and back yard and not through it if there is a guest staying.
The camp sites have not been broken in yet so the spots are not in a designated area yet. There are 5 tent camp spots to choose from. The photos you see are the areas you can choose from. I supply a fire pit and free firewood for your use during your stay. We do not have bathroom facilities so please be prepared to use your own. There is also a Dollar General 2 minutes away.

Feels like the country but Walmart and a laundry mat are only 5 minutes away. 30 and 50 amp plugs available for 1 rv, sewer, water and wifi all included. The rv/camping spot is $45 a night. 😀 If you are dry camping or in a vehicle no bathrooms are provided. Must take pic of electrical hook up & sewer before and after. Pecan Grove, Bob & Carla made it such a great experience. He was communicative and flexible...we arrived on short notice. The site was wonderful with plenty of shade. Their dogs Freyda & Winnie were sweet dogs sniffing us through their fence.
The Greek Revival home was built in the 1860 and is now on three acres within the City of Brownsville TN.
TMobile 3 bars & 5G. We did not launch Starlink due to trees. Would stay here again.

We loved camping here! Driving with my son home from college for the summer, we were looking for a place to stay somewhere between Nashville and Memphis when we realized he packed. his tent and camping gear in the car. We made a last minute booking only about an hour before we arrived, and almost immediately got communication offering to meet us when we arrived to direct us to the camp site, even though we were an unexpected booking. Our camp site was relatively close the farm house, but still felt private and secluded. It was also close to the outhouse, which was about as clean as an outhouse can get. The site was level, had a fire ring and picnic table, and just steps away from a beautiful pond (which was behind thick vegetation and down an embankment, so not immediately visible from the site). It was very quiet at night except for the local wildlife. We did hear some coyotes howling! We pre-ordered. firewood for $5 from the host and he brought it over almost immediately. On the morning we got a tour of the farm and got to hand feed the alpacas, who were all very friendly. We watched the chickens and ducks come and eat the pellets that the alpacas dropped on the ground. There are also a number of beehives. We slept great in our tent and it was a lot of fun interacting with the alpacas. Myles also talked about foraging for wild foods, which is a big interest. So this was a great campsite with the unusual twist of seeing the alpacas. And very friendly people!

The site is ok for a night but the wake up was not the best with a loader filling pickup trucks with stuff about 40 feet from our spot. With the rear alarm sound and motor sound, it is not ideal.
