Private and secure site as the lot is closed by a locked gate and has a high fence. Although a few planted trees, we were very close to a landscaping yard (landscaping is their day to day business). The camping site has no water nor electrical 30 amps. It was way too hot 🥵 to stay without our air conditioning. The hosts were nice but could not provide for a refund😣

city camping in the trees
Awesome shade. Great option to be close to downtown Memphis. Lots of bugs and mosquitos, bring spray. Some city/road noise is normal. We were woken at midnight by some works nearby, lasted 10-15 minutes but we were wide awake. Lots of grass, it’s maintained and mowed. Fire pit, wood and ice available. You’ll have to haul water and your carload across the field. Owners were low key, never saw them. No complaints.

I had a good experience but there is noise from cars on the road. I would bring ear plugs
