It was originally the water source for the surrounding properties prior to the city installing a water system. This property is conveniently located in Mineral Bluff, Georgia 30559, just 4 miles off the 4-lane highway (Highway 515/76) and just a short drive to Blue Ridge, Georgia; Blairsville, Georgia; Murphy, North Carolina, McCaysville, Georgia and Copper Hill, Tennessee. Another great trip to the Cove! For anyone who comes right after us, we set up your first fire logs in the firepit. We brought our own firewood but you’ll find enough logs in the wood crib to do about two fires, plus the giant stumps that are great to prolong the fire if you can get one going. George also has a bale of pine straw in there which is super helpful to get a fire started. My whole review is about fires, can you tell it was cold while we were there haha! Saw several deer and hawks. Lots of stars and quiet.

1 night at The Falls at Sewanee Creek

We only stayed one night at the tent but loved every minute! Grant called before we arrived to give us directions to the site so we would be prepared when we arrived in the dark. Everything was easy to find, just as he said. The trampoline was more comfortable than we expected! Bring extra towels in case of condensation. The area under the trampoline was perfect for food prep and hanging out. Above all, the waterfall was BEAUTIFUL! The short “hike” from the tent to the falls was easy for us and our German Shepherd to navigate. We had a wonderful time- can’t wait to return!

Perfect for rugged camping but with shelter & a shower! Feels secluded, but you still have cell service & civilization nearby in case you need anything. Also lots of historical sites nearby. Caught a few fish in the pond & enjoyed cooking over the fire. Cabin & bathroom were clean and owners were extremely nice! Would love to come back in summer so I can enjoy the flowers!

5 nights at Your Toccoa River Cove!

This is such a gorgeous and relaxing spot. The cabin is clean and roomy and the outhouse is pretty nice lol! One of the best parts is that the dogs got to be off leash around the site. It was a perfect way to spend a few chilly October night. We had everything we needed: a fire pit to keep warm, cozy blankets in the cabin, and forest sounds to keep us company. I highly recommend giving this spot a try. George is a phenomenal host who was available immediately when I called him with a question. 10/10 would come back!!

Amazing set-up!! Beautiful location and scenery. I stayed in the glamping tent and it was clean, comfortable, and safe. I went by myself with my dog and she loved having all the space to run around outside the tent. We also hiked down to the waterfall and a little further, and I know there were plenty of other trails nearby too. A perfect getaway! Grant and Becky were super helpful and very sweet! 10/10 recommend booking here.
