Our beautiful setting overlooks the West Fork of the Stones River. With walk-in access to the water, the camp is perfect for exploring a thriving river system (2, 6, and 8 mile floats are easy since take-out points are just up the road a piece or just paddle up and down the river, depending on the rains). The river is wadable most of the year. Smallmouth and seasonal trout make for easy fishing. The river is home to an abundance of birds, turtles, and fur-bearing friends.
On some days we might have old time music band playing on our side of the river. You’re welcome to join and listen to the music.

Come enjoy a unique stay on a working farm in our glamping campsite, complete with outdoor bathhouse & picnic pavilion.
This site offers many comforts of home while still enjoying a completely unplugged getaway (no electricity available).
Upon arrival, park in front of our farm store where we will meet you with our tractor and wagon to load your belongings to be delivered to the campsite. Check-in is 2-6 pm Central time.
Our private campsite sits in the bend of one of our farm's creeks with two large old trees in the middle, along with a fire pit, picnic pavilion, 2 Adirondack open-air cabins, and an outdoor bathhouse.
Whether you are booking for just yourself or a group up to 8, you have the entire campsite to yourself during your stay. Each Adirondack cabin can sleep up to 4. Each is complete with a queen bed and twin bunk beds.
Please bring your own pillows, sheets and blankets as well as towels and washcloths for the outdoor bathhouse.
The bathhouse includes a shower with hot water, toilet/changing stall, and outdoor sink for washing hands and dishes. No dish soap is provided, so bring your own. There is no electricity in the campsite so please bring flashlights/lanterns. The pavilion and bathhouse have beautiful solar powered string lights that automatically come on at dark.
The listing includes access to the campsite with fire pit, camp stove with griddle, charcoal grill, picnic pavilion, 2 hammocks and outdoor private bathhouse. The front of the campsite sits just outside our horses' pasture. So while sipping your morning cup of coffee, you may see horses or wild turkey or even deer. And with our farm store just a short walk from the campsite, you can pick up fresh eggs for breakfast or a juicy steak for dinner. We also have plenty of fire wood, fire starters and bagged ice available for purchase. Also enjoy a walk on our private farm walking trails. Pack your pillows, bath & bed linens, food/cooler, plates, cups, & utensils.

We loved the glamping cabin and the views. It matches the description well. Great place to stargaze too we spotted some meteors as well! But it was super chilly and there was just one heater so that was little hard to sleep we assumed there would be more. But in summer I think it would have been the best. We didn't get to interact with hosts a lot but they were super responsive. Would definitely recommend but come geared up.

It was absolutely magical. My mom and my family of five with a 4, 3 and 2 year old had THE BEST time. We had plans to do things in the area and the grounds themselves were so amazing we never left once we parked. 10/10 in ALL ways. Dog friendly too.

Beautiful campsite and location on the river. We had a blast fishing, kayaking and tubing. There was a little island across the way that the kids had fun exploring around. Tent was comfortable and the outhouse was convenient. Seth and his wife were very hospitable. Highly recommend!

3 nights at Stones River Camp & Kayak
Fantastic place to relax! The tent is well equipped with a comfortable bed and bedding. Two rechargeable fans/lights, two lanterns, cooking equipment. We loved the little firewood stove in the tent where we made coffee in the morning. Plenty of firewood for the firepit. Wonderful memories were made here- beautiful, private feeling location by the water. Seth and his family were very accommodating- with an extra blanket etc. My husband and I would love to come back!
