Welcome to our property. This is a 24 acre farm on a dead end road near Center Hill Lake. The road is perfect for sunset walks and has ample space for pulling a boat in or backing up a camper. The farm features 2 small houses/studio for staying. The owners live full time on the farm with Breanna being an artist and art teacher. Her art studio is on the featured rentals on the farm. Guests can hike the property(depending on the season and field growth) but the road and nearby state parks, rivers and lake are the best for enjoying the outdoors.

Weekend Trip to The Artist's Farm, Center Hill Lake
Breanna's art studio is a must stay if you are a fan of all things crafty, and was the perfect retreat! We loved the quiet, wooded setting and it was exactly what we needed to recharge. The town of Cookeville is a mere 20 minutes away which has a wonderful assortment of restaurants, plus there are a number of parks and hiking trails nearby for the nature enthusiast. If you're looking for peace, creativity, and convenient access to urban life, book this place now. We can't wait to return!

4 nights at Black House Mountain Campground
I can not say how impressed I was with this cozy little cabin. There was everything that I could have needed. A small fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. I loved all the small things like plenty of lights above, with additional lamps on the tables, towels, toiletries like shampoo and stuff, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels etc. The beds were so soft because they were memory foam and included sheets, pillow and comforter. I had brought my own bedding so theirs was not needed. AC was nice and cold, hot water was hot! The management was so nice and responsive also. Also loved how close we were to everything. I will 100% be staying at this little get away on my next trip. I highly recommend you staying here.
