We are located on 11 acres. Wooded areas, hiking trails on-site. Perfect place to watch for deer and other animals including our 8 on-leash dogs! It is a train lover's dream because we are close to the tracks and enjoy watching the train come and go so much so that the conductor toots and waves to us!! The Santee State Park has many water activities, picnic areas, and hiking trails. There are several golf courses nearby, and a local restaurant/bar within walking distance which often offers trivia, karaoke, pool tables, and live music. Just be careful as you will be walking on the side of a main road as well as over train tracks.

We have a Zebu bull, which are the oldest recorded bovine in history, dating back to the Bible.
We have goats and peacocks, chickens, a potbellied pig, rescued squirrels, and rescued ducks. Soon to come.... Sheep!!!
My property used to be the disposal site for the CocaCola bottling Company. Go on a scavenger hunt and find old bottles. Relax around the fire pit and listen to owls, wild geese, bull frogs and the Quack Pack. Lounge on the spacious deck overlooking all the farm animals or take a dip in the swimming pool.
At night grill on the BBQ or have an oyster roast.
We do have an indoor toilet for you to use and an outdoor shower.
Go for a walk through the woods, do yoga, head to Hunting Island beach which is 10 miles or drive 3 miles to historic downtown Beaufort. We are also close to Parris Island and many other historical sites.
While here you can enjoy historical tours of Beaufort County’s earliest years of the Santa Helena colony in the mid 1600’s, the revolutionary war period, the pre-civil war and plantation time period and the antebellum, reconstruction history up to the Civil Rights visits of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. at the Historic Penn Center.
The Lowcountry is great for water sports, kayaking, boating, jet skiing, sailing, hiking and canoeing.
Each season offers an opportunity to participate in fishing, crabbing, shrimping or digging for oysters in local waters.
Our area is a favorite of cyclist groups, the long, flat, rural, scenic, roads offer pleasant riding experiences for cyclist of all ability levels.
There are bike lanes on many of the major roads.
Other recreational activities in our area are geocaching, horseback riding, tennis, golf, hiking, beach volleyball, beachcombing, and birdwatching.

This was our third time staying at Outside Inn. We love this campground so much. We stay on our way to & from Florida every winter from Virginia. We stayed for Christmas this time. It’s one if not our favorite place to stay. It’s always so clean & quiet. Very peaceful & everyone is super nice, welcoming & helpful. The animals are the sweetest & it just has that warm, farm life vibe. We look forward to staying again next winter.

Very welcoming! We needed some place affordable to put up some hammocks for some sleep on a long drive. Offered water, told us to come knock if we needed anything. For our family the price was right to keep us safe. I wish we had time to stay longer. The stars were beautiful. Yes you can hear the road so if that bothers your sleep easily bring some earplugs.

My family stayed two nights at the magnolia site. The site was clean and tent safe, we didn't need a tarp to protect the bottom from small brush or rocks. There was a nice camping toilet that was clean and right on site. Only interacted with host to buy eggs for breakfast but that was our choice, the host was friendly and I'm sure wouldn't mind more interaction if a camper needed it. Love the fact that they are a small farm providing non commercial goods to their community. We felt safe and secure in this site. Remember that this is a working farm and there will be farm noises. Thank you for hosting us.

I always enjoy camping here. The site is private and and adding on firewood saves space in the car. I brought new friends this time and they loved it. Meg is always very responsive. I will continue to come back every year.

I was the only one there camping in a tent. I felt very comfortable and safe and it was nice to have an outlet to charge my laptop.
I had an amazing stay while I was there. The staff was so nice and helpful.. The farm was in beautiful condition. The animals looked happy and I loved waking up to the roosters Crow in the morning. The hiking trails were a pleasant surprise to have. They’re very well maintained. The bathroom was clean and very pretty.
I got the bottle feed the baby goats in the morning and that was so much fun. They were so cute.
There is a Dollar General right down the road if you need anything.
I will be back I highly recommend..

Safe spot for a stop over while traveling, close to 95. The Oasis bar is an experience of it's own! We stayed near the house and got a quiet night's sleep. There is a nice private spot out backwould definitely stay there next time.

I love this Hip camp site! I can't really say enough about it. Although, it rained for two of my three days I still made the best of it. I definitely would recommend for camping, tent , car , RV... They can accommodate you. And there is so much space and trails around the property to walk.

5 nights at Edisto Island Vacation Rental RV
We stay here every year...it never disappoints! Ron is a thoughtful and kind host...the property is well maintained, beautifully decorated,and is stocked with everything you need to have an excellent experience! Ron has added a new covered swing, which we loved and replaced several items to ensure proper working order (new grill and outdoor table/chairs). I chose this site the first year because it's pet friendly...we have returned each subsequent year because we absolutely love this place and feel so comfortable here with our Siberian Huskies!
