Where to Adventure: - 31 miles to Clemson University, 16 miles to Anderson University, and 18.5 miles to Erskine College. - 43 miles to downtown Greenville, SC, and 55 miles to Athens, GA. - Very close to several lakes: Hartwell, Secession, Russell, and Broadway. - Home to Grits & Groceries, a restaurant featured on the Food Network. Your Spot Features: - a concrete pad long enough to accommodate up to a 45ft rig. The spot is back-in only. - Water hookup. - 50 amp power supply with 110 outlets. - No sewer hookup. - Access to use the firepit area featuring swings surrounding. Firewood is available for a small contribution. - Space is well-lighted. - Quiet retreat with some minimal road noise. - A resident bluebird who likes to perch near the firepit each morning for a bit. - Hosts are also RVers and appreciate a fireside chat, but also your privacy, so our interaction is flexible and can vary based on your preferences.
