This Property was purchased by Grandfather in the 70s  and then was passed to my Mother. In 2013 I decided to live life differently and start from the ground up building with natural materials and found materials. At that time I was fortunate enough to have the land passed to me and I started building a home for myself and to be close to my mothers home nearby. After achieving the basics I decided that the best use of this beautiful land was to create a place for people to relax and enjoy, a park like environment dedicated to preserving natural beauty and amplifying it through a permaculture lifestyle. 8 years later I am blown away at how far the dream has become a reality and love sharing my space with people from all over the country.

We loved staying at the creek house. Such a comfortable cabin very cool style. Sitting in there with the curtains blowing the windows open the little fairy lights under the loft it was a level of relaxation i hadn’t experienced maybe never in my life before. If you’re looking to get away from It all, this is the place. I brought two of my kids with me nine and 12 years old I think it was equally enjoyable for them too. Weekend Trip to The Nest on Laurel Drive

The Nest was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway in the mountains for my birthday. My partner and I felt very comfortably and well met by the amenities that this small (but mighty cozy and well set up) space offered. The shower was amazing after a day of hiking. We also appreciated the brownies and the comfy mattresses. Highly recommend for a practical yet romantic getaway!

Damon was a nice host that offered assistance when needed. I stayed in the Creek Campsite and it was a joy! The property is beautiful and he has a web that was nice to sit on and look at the stars. Easy to navigate in and out of the site (even with a little sedan). Only stayed for one night, but it just so happened to be a night full of music and a light show.

We loved the cabin! It was easy to find. Elizabeth was easy to get in touch with to ask questions. The cabin itself was great, with the hot tub, the Pac-Man, The grill, and all the thoughtful amenities provided (there were toothbrushes and the kitched had all necessary cookware!) We did not make use of the firepit (maybe next time!) but there was firewood on-site if one wanted to have a fire. The only caveat I would offer others, the spiral staircase to get to the main bedroom is very narrow, might be an issue if you have larger, heavy bags but there is sleeping space on the main floor.

We had such a wonderful stay at this cabin! It felt like a peaceful retreat tucked away in nature. The cabin was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully set up with all the amenities for a relaxing getaway. I have to say, this was hands-down the best organized, cleanest, easiest, most amenity-laden cabin I’ve ever rented. So many details, from the embroidered robes to the bound book of instructions and recommendations. From the kitchen appointments to the coffee. There are really too many amazing little things to list here, but you could really tell the owners absolutely care about the experience their property provides. And we went panning for gold in the creek below the back deck and even found a little! It was incredibly comfortable and lots of fun. Just make sure you’re ok with stairs and aren’t too large to fit the spiral to the loft. I honestly cannot think of a single improvement to make. Didn’t even matter that it rained so much, because there was plenty left to do inside.

This was the perfect get away with my partner and our dogs! The hot tub was a perfect way to unwind and the location felt very secluded and private. Elisabeth was super responsive and helpful!

Weekend Trip to The Nest on Laurel Drive

Loved staying at The Nest. It was cozy with everything we needed to enjoy our time. We were able to go hiking, drive easily to stores, or restaurants as needed and come back to enjoy the beautiful space that has been created for guests.

1 night at 3 Creeks Camp and Nature Preserve

Absolutely amazing experience. We stayed at the creek house and it was the cutest little place right over the creek. Damon was super friendly and met us and showed us around. Will def try to visit again.
